Systemic "Racism"

You know how i like break things down....
Systemic Racism...may only be a part story of the full story..

The idea of systemic racism.. for policing... is based of a few principle.. First and Foremost it's based on the definition... A group which define itself as elite, by diminishing other groups. Systemically it has to do with "labeling" and "profiling"..It has to do with "complicity" doing nothing about it.. is doing something for it.. It has to with an individual's anger and hate...and the violence that leads to It has to do with with the definition of the job and the constant reminder of the world of criminal and the backlash that results from.. it has to do with the making of law that are above people, and not those people who think of themselves as above the law. Policing is inherently void of graciousness.

I guess systematic racism has a lot to do, with the job.. and the people who are willing to do the job.

Systemic "Policism"....Those that judge. can not be judged.
"labeling and profiling" policemen. Hate and anger that leads to violence. "Complicity" in the hypocrisy...

Yes Systemic racism and systemic 'Policism".. have more in common than not.

Is it beyond the scope of my reasoning?..To assume that those who wish to change it...
Need to put on a badge.

Let's do a poll...

What percentage of policemen actually DO racially motivated thing.. Based on their ideas... That could be considered racist..
Now .....Do NOT consider the blind eye policemen. only those who act upon their beliefs, that are racially motivated.

Less than 10 percent
Less that 30 percent
Less than 50 %
More than 50 %..

As two activist attorneys were arrested in New York for firebombing a police car.

The second poll is....How many protesters in their anger would resort to abuse and violence towards the police and destruction of their community

Less than 10 percent
Less that 30 percent
Less than 50 %
More than 50 %..

Well my solutions is social distancing and PPE's.... Which I am compromising at this very moment.. Trying to answer the unanswerable. I will do my part.. that's all I can do. I will not be a part of the hypocrisy that creates the chaos.. I will not play the "blame game" that's void of the "golden rule".. I can not "LABEL" or justify labeling. I will not take sides, for each side is insufficient in it's "plan".. It's what happens with the unanswerable.. when a country becomes emotionally "charged" and morally bankrupt

I'll have to think about this because to me, Systemic meant broad, to encompass equal opportunity employment, things like fair housing, access to credit, university admission, financial compensation etc. These historic protests have come not a moment too soon. I've been really worried about the rise of racism ever since Trump arrived on the political scene. I don't know where the protests will lead, BUT, I found it very encouraging to see that 84% of Americans feel the protests are justified, and how diverse those protests actually are. To me, it demonstrated that Americans are more focused on what has been happening than I thought.

Systemic racism is a term which describes the sort of system which is set up with a racist element built into its operations.
When members of different racial groups are treated differently purely on the basis of belonging to that group then we have systemic racism.
Racial profiling is one obvious example. If vastly more black people are stopped and searched just because they are black then that is systemic racism. Disguising it by saying that the stop and search was carried out in specific areas (when it is well known that such areas are predominantly occupied by black people) is one way of excusing unfavourable statistics.
When an assumption is made about a suspect or a victim on the basis of 'that is typical behaviour ' then this is most likely to be systemic racism. This is most evident in an example in my own area where girls in care were assumed to be willing participants in sex and drug rings when, in fact, they were being systematically groomed. The grooming was not prosecuted for over 10 years despite many warnings being given, not least by the staff at the school at which I was teaching. The system was biased against these girls and did not pursue the complaints for fear of being accused of racism as the grooming gangs were predominantly Asian males. The was the downside of an emphasis on combatting systemic racism in this example.
There used to be many establishments in the UK with signs which said No dogs, No Blacks, No Gypsies - these were blatantly racist and were removed but when it is clear that these establishments are still reluctant to employ, serve or give do business with 'Blacks /Gypsies' then the racism, although less visible, is still systemic.
Banks quoting higher interest rates to black applicants for loans is systemic racism - and it is still endemic in the US.
Differential pay/employment rates for people of different races with the same qualifications is another sign of systemic racism, as are different incarceration rates for the same offence and different parole rates.

yes, except, i take an exception to the idea system as it relates to systemic.. Certainly 70 years ago.. there was systemic racism in this country. for the last seventy years th "system" of systemic racism...Has been almost entirely eradicated in most PARTS of the country. However that doesn't mean the occurrence of the events of racism have been eradicated..

So this is the question I would ask....
Can systemic racism be eradicated , if racism still exists in America?

I believe It already has...Systemic racism is a false narrative..Which points out an hypocrisy. Used not to eradicate racism but to eradicate the "system"
Trump and Conservative do that exact same thing.. You understand it when THEY do it.. but not when the Left does it. Trump uses false narrative to eradicate our systems of governing and democracy.
