quote a sentence from Descartes.....translated from either French or Latin......or maybe Dutch.....and who knows when or by whom, or if it's a translation of a translation......It contains the word "persuade"........and you immediately leap to assumptions about what the intended meaning was.....In my mind, influenced by Descarte's other writings and the use of the word in English at the probable era of the translation, I took the phrase 'persuade others of what they say" meant that they could successfully transmit their idea to another person"........I doubt very much that Descartes was talking about attempting to forcefully instill his ideas on others, he was saying that when you order your thoughts in a clear and intelligible way, you will have greater success in being understood by others, I have no desire to persuade anyone about the non-existence of God.....However.I will exercise my right to mock the absurdities of Religion at my will....... I don't make assumptions of what something is.. I understand that my statements are only what could be..and not what is. Which is the crux of our miscommunication.. that which is..and that which could be. I NEVER disagree with what you see it is...I believe what you see is limited ..not wrong. You ALWAYS disagree with I say it could be. Because once you decide what it is.. It can't be anything else. To me that's rational, and clear.. and needs nothing further.,.You understand or you don't.. It has nothing to do with who's right and who wrong. You're right and I'm wrong.. I can't live with that... but I would prefer we both be right.

I've only just noticed this blog - perhaps I was too preoccupied floating about, wandering lonely as a cloud :- ). I don't know why, or even if relevant, but after reading the exchanges, The Eagles 'Desperado' came to mind. I told sparkle what is and what could be.. I found your statement and feelings and song about both Sparkle and I, appropriate. I take my responsibillty for that. Now for the what is.. and what could be.. it is my responsibility.. but what you will not hear and by sparkles response.. is that it is just as much her responsible.. She posted the song.. to be about me.. that I already realized. She can't see it about US. I would hope that if you meant it about my writing only... you would tell me the truth.

I live outside the box....When i was young I misinterpreted myself.. made a lot of unknown errors.I thought were right.. I thought I was in the box and everyone else was outside of it. They were wrong and I was right.. I have spent almost an entire lifetime in that disconnect with people. I have evolved into a person who now see himself outside the box, I have always been outside the box... however, I now, see there is no right or wrong and everybody is equal in their own way.. Choices as to how people live is not for me to judge...that there are no innately bad people. and that good can come from bad, and bad can come from good Maybe I'm wrong about that.. That I am not really absolving others, but myself. I accept that possibility.. I believe that too, because i believe in different ways.. we are all in search of absolution. The idea to get people to think better of you, in what you are not..What a major f8ck up that is.. cause I tried it.. and it doesn't work. there is a residual from all that ...I can't take back..I have never honed my communication skills to best be able to "get along"... So there are three kind of ways i deal with other people..to try to not make it NOT worse than it has to be. First.. try not to deal with people who are so buried in the box..they don't realized they are in it. Second.. deal with those in a humorous/serious way, those who know they are in box and choose to be there unknowingly... Third, try and communicate with those on the fringe.. Find out how they do it..because it would be great to more a part of it. I have discovered those on fringe have somethings is common. they are curious...open minded..In search of things they don't know..Questioning right or wrong, good and evil, intelligence and common sense. the meaning of equality, more self judging than judging others..finally that although they choose to live in box..they refuse to have the box define them . I want to be like them.. i don't wan't to be outside..It's way too lonely. When we first met.. many years ago... I told people we could fight like cats and dog..but in the end..It wouldn't be the same as with others here. You got two choices.. either you believe it to be a lie, for some reason.. Or you believe it to be the truth. it which case it's a truth that comes from you. Not me. Because i do the same .. my truth always comes from me. I know no other. I have never said anything to you.. that wasn't also my truth about me. Anyway the point of all this stuff is.. There are times I catch myself misreading people and realized I have made wrong assumptions. It's entirely my fault.. but it wasn't until today.. i have to admit it to myself... It's about YOU.

Sparkle I have always been an Eagles fan and I do not drink so you must have been associating with drunks if you think all Eagles fans are drunks. LOL But when it comes to the in depth charade thinking discussed in this blog I'm sort of like the desperado out riding fences. I don't shiv a git. LOL In Texas we call people who say it like it is------straight shooters. When I want to guess I listen to bone spur. LOL Party On!
