It's the explanation Trump uses and promotes.. So... why is Trump always right? Answer..because Democrats are always wrong. I never knew the Constitution provides fours branches of government for the oversight of each other The Executive, the Judiciary, The House of Representative and the Senate. I missed that part in civics class... that the job of the Senate and the House was different..... It's the irony of the branches and the truncated Question: Why should the Senate NOT do the JOB of the House of Representative.. Answer :Because the House of Representatives is run by Democrats.
