OVERREACH Okay those that don't follow will think this is off the wall. But I can tell for smart people.. and people want GET IT DONE..It's the right thing. There have been indicators... Let's begin with Al Capone being convicted of tax fraud, and things about Gangsters and Godfathers.. First NO one but the mob boss, knows the whole story.. People know their part.. Al Capone, one the most ruthless mobsters was caught on Tax evasion.. because that was a part, that could stand alone. that was a part that was apart from his entire operation When this impeachment is all done.. and Trump is gone, one way or the other.. do you think The Ukraine is what people will think of? It is pretty evident that the accusation of the greater crime, gets criminals to admit the lesser crime. The overreach of an accusation leads 2 an acceptance of a truth of something lesser. For example...Accusing the Hunter Biden of corruption.. leads the Bidens 2 admit a mistake Nancy Pelosi today talks about the ground for impeachment.. She wouldn't say specifically...... but said all roads lead to Putin. The Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats are going 2 drop a bomb...And either directly or indirectly make 1 of the acts of impeachment TREASON. There is plenty of circumstantial evidence 2 apply it....It expands the Ukraine issue and includes the Ukraine issue of helping Russian policies.. it brings in Syria, Turkey, and the Kurds, the Black Sea, Afghanistan, NATO, Sanctions, Emoluments, Oil and natural Gas, money laundering, Campaign finance. Nuclear deals, Trumps sons, The Mueller Report and the 2020 election. If you're going 2 go down.... GO BIG... And watch ALL the RATS scurry. |

I'm sure there is more things to allege treason than what I have said.. Everything I mentioned is a protection or promotion of Russian policy. THAT I KNOW... and basically i don't know shit. Pelosi during the meeting with Trump .. when she said all roads lead to Russia...She knew then what she was doing, and what she was going to do.. She knew then it was Trump's last warning The thing the Dems know that are hiding? Well Rudy Gulianni is just one part and one person of the Mob.. That doesn't know what the other parts are doing. Rudy Gullianni is the best chance for conviction of Capone's "tax evasion" But each person who has been indicted, or involved with Trump Administration policies towards Russia.. Know their small part...without knowing the "big picture". They will all scurry, they will ALL give it up... Not as single one of them will want to tie themselves to TREASON. The idea of career officials giving it up. Whistlebowers still in the wind...and the NOW patriotism of doing it....going around channels to avoid the President.. It's happening The Dems have put together the parts..They are going to lower the boom.. They have learned you Never show your cards, until you rake in the pot.. Trump is going down.

After writing this blog I watched Rachel Maddow Show.. and again it's like she read my blog.. It's all about Russia. she explained it.. Everything Trump was doing is to promote Russia.. and the fact that anything done that punishes Russia is NOT done with his approval. He initates NO Actions against Russia for anything, and tries to obstruct Congress's and Foreign actions against Russia.

Well that's a really interesting speculation, but its certainly not without strong evidence in my opinion. I've read articles that cited conservative views making the exact same point. It would be an incredibly bold move but you've got a point here.

I'm not sure how the public would react to a charge of treason. I think it would bother most. But Cricket, it is frankly difficult for me to discredit such a serious claim. I'm not talking about hair splitting argument over the language of the law or dictionary definitions. The list of offenses you cited above are easy for me to cite as well. Every day I grow more concerned with the Attorney General. I have to think that many republican senators regret their votes today. They are going over the waterfall now and they all sit in the boat. If the nation wasn't divided to the degree it is a charge of treason, though bold, would be very effective and perhaps not politically damaging to lawmakers. Should it matter, nope. But this is where you have to at least consider impact as Mr. Turley suggested in the Judiciary hearing. All things considered I would not level charges of treason. Mr. Turley is right in another sense as well. Mueller's mandate had limitations. Remove those and put him back on the job and then let the chips fall. I believe all of this chaos has roots in some kind of blackmail. I hope that obsessed reporters, politicians, historians and whomever gets involved in a search for the truth stay at it. The nation needs to know for sure. But all of that cannot delay impeachment. Go BIG...in some form we must.

She was asked what her "AH" moment about the Ukraine, the set her on the road of impeachment..Her answer was Russia.. It's ALL about Russia.....Russian agents, Russian policy, Russian misinformation, and Russian CORRUPTION. One of the articles of impeachment will be about Russia..it will encompass ALL the dealing Trump has had with Russia. Whether or not it cites Treason, I don't know. Whether it is voted to be presented to the Senate for impeachment, I don't know..But it will be there. Nancy Pelosi will push it...She has to, because for her, It is the main reason for impeachment. I know you think it's a windmill, I know you think most Republicans will treat it the same.. But they won't.. Ask big and others here,, who maybe ignorant, and small minded, and easily swayed... What they would do .. iF they KNEW, Trump was Treasonous? If that is the line they will not cross. We see Trump being treasonous to his oath, to the Constitution, to the founding Fathers, and To our ideals.. They don't see it that way.. In fact, just the opposite, what we see as Trump treason ...they see as our treason. The only thing that could be worse Than Trump punishing Us for our Treason..Is Trump siding with RUSSIA. That makes Trump, not a Traitor to US..But a TRAITOR to THEM.

I doubt.. That anything that doesn't have to do directly with the Ukraine.. or indirectly with Russia will be presented in the impeachment. I brought up Trump's Sons.. not about their emoluments.. but about a statement they made on a golf course prior to the election. When asked about the difficulties of getting Financed.. Their response was ..... We get all the money we need from Russia. An amazing "Fredo" moment.. From the "The Godfather".

There is something you have to think about .. when you think of treason....You can't see it. We know treason from movies and TV.. We know treason from history, after the fact. But WE Don't know TREASON when it happening. That means, the means (that we call treason) can only be justified in the ends.. And what we need to take from that....Is If we KNEW it.. It wouldn't happen. The advantage of citing Trump for treason..Is not as much about convicting him..Let history do that...As it is about making sure it doesn't happen anymore. Put Trump on NOTICE about Russia,, and see what happens.. There is not a single person in this country..Who handles classified information.. That if they did what Trump is doing..That just the appearance, wouldn't remove any 'classified status" they have. So there is something I can guarantee You.. that when Trump leaves office... He will be the First President permanently barred from handling or knowing any classified information. What you may not believe about that... It won't matter if the New President or New Congress is Republican or Democrat.

I haven't given up hope for a unanimous vote to remove. I think it depends on the magnitude of street demonstrations on the eve of the vote in the House, and whether or not the senate decides to establish rules allowing for a secret vote. Lastly, how the public reacts during the senate trial. If it's not passionate then acquittal seems likely. You've given me new hope...the Russia thing and Pelosi and going bold. That's the hail Mary.

I wouldn't hold my breathe on completing the impeachment..But it Has to be Done. You don't tell Trump supporters something they already or should know..That mind is made up..You tell them what they are missing, not what they know. A couple of things about that .. it isn't a magic wand, and it takes time to sink in, The evidence is not in the past.. it's in the future.

WE see things a little different, my confidence is outstanding...I see both trying to break down the door..When there is no door to break down. I fear the Democrats going rogue..more than if fear the Trump Republican being sucessful. I want this thing to "play out".. I can accept those results. I already know what they will be. WE know they can't see it, we know they can't understand it. What we don't understand is we are the primary cause of that, the adversary, that blinds their own opponent Once the Trump Republican can remove all the bullshit, take off the blinders..It will take care of itself...... You think you and I hate Trump....Wait to see what happens when a "real hater" hates Trump.

Each group find out that their leader is a traitor to their cause. What do you think happens to each leaders? Well... I think one is kicked to the curb...and the other is kicked to death. There is another irony and fear about what's happening Now. How those two leaders can get the same result. Nancy Pelosi in her seemingly tirade about HATE...was making a point.. not about her, but about her opponents..And HOW they think...and her fear that her people would begin to think like her opponents. That HATE can drive you to do anything. Her opponents PROVE that everyday IF the shoe was reversed on this.. and Obama did the same thing..Someone on the Right would strap a bomb to themselves to blow him up and themselves. People on the Left have a hard time doing that. But what Pelosi knows and fears is that there are a heck of lot of people on the Left.. Who NOW HATE, HATE, HATE to same extent and are making bombs in their cellars. If I had a cellar.. I could be doing it myself. But I'm too old and too lazy to get off my ass.
