The hearings are a disgrace We talk of what is the right thing, doing the right thing, bi-partisanship, compromise, explanations... In regards to these hearing. WE talk of ONE bad apple spoiling the whole bunch..As a defense for other "bad" apples. Like Trump is making them do it.. What exactly are they doing? Well it's an entire "bad apple" contingent. It's so fricken bad that even those that COULD appear to be "good apples" are rotten to the core. And as I search for "good apples" I can not find one.. I thought Will Hurd could be a "good apple"...But a "good apple" who will not spoil the bad ones.. A good apple that conforms to the bad ones certainly isn't a "good apple" .. People here would think I am biased, partisan, and agenda ridden... I am not....not to any extent that it effect my reasoning...I don't care what label any of those people wear.. The disgrace is in the division of the groups....that labels have nothing to do with. The division is in the questioning not the answering. The division is the grounds for impeachment. A congressional hearing... Where half the people are in search of a truth.. and the other half are in search of a Lie.. In a court of law, and the rights of a defendant to an attorney.. It's an appropriate method of defense.. The search for a lie that could stand up. but even in a court of Law, there is a line between the search for "alternate facts" and the search for out and out Lies. The search for alternate facts, doesn't dispute the facts in question, but tries to explain them in a different light. In the final straw.. it is the out and out lies that ignore the facts and try to create a different reality.. Short of admitting GUILT.. It is the final straw of evidence , beyond a reasonable doubt, of GUILT. |

I listen to the hearing and am can't understand why they don't ask the right questions? For instance the idea that separate a "favor".. from a demand. As Jordan related to Vindman his military experience confuses those two ideas. WTF? you don't need military experiences to confuse those idea.. they are self explanatory.. There is rarely a confusion to the person asked to do the favor.. for some, it's explicit in the favor. When Harvey Weinstatin asked an inspiring actress to do him a "favor".. Was it a "favor" or a demand to the inspiring actress? When Putin asks Trump to do him a 'favor".. Is it a "favor" or a demand. In power and in politics and in sexual relations.. There is no such thing as doing me a "favor" I have no doubt.. that the connotation of doing me a 'favor" That Jordan tried to represent.. Doesn't exist in Trump vocabulary. In that light .. I don't believe Trump, in his entire life, and for any reason ASKED someone to do him a "FAVOR". You see.... I'm sure Cohen, Flynn, Manafort, Roger Stone, Stormy Daniels, beauty pageant contestant and other pretty women, and Russia.. were just doing Trump a 'favor" In this case Zellensky was doing Trump a "favor".. but Trump own defintion.. it wasn'r something he was "Pushed" to o... It only became the proper definition of a favor is Zellensky wanted to do it.. It alleges that it only mattered if Zellensky wanted to do it. There is so much evidence that Zellensky didn't want to do it, there is so much evidence that Zellensky was going to do it, there is so much evidence that Zelensky was pressured into doing it.. And the final straw.. when the pressure was off.. He didn't do it.. because he didn't want to do it.

It is not made clear what Guillanni's actual role is in this, and how it relates to the President, and with his associates.. how it relates to Russia. There are many people that ADD to the explanation of this,, But there are only Two.. that can clear it up. Most of the others were powerless, to dispute Gullianni, to understand his actual role. Those two people are Volker and Bolton... The hearing failed to ask Volker the proper questions about Gullianni..And why Volker and Bolton had to be included in this shadow policy.. Volker was the top official in the implementing of American Ukraine policy.. There is NO circumstance in which a subordinate could change or effect a Ukriane policy without Volker's approval. In both Volkers and Bolton case.. there HAD to be blow back to Guillianni.. Gullianni was usurping their authority.. Why did they accept it? Well Volker says.. he knew he needed to "satisfy" and get agreement with Guiliani, to get the President to do the right thing..That is what the president meant when he said.. "talk to Gullianni" This is a subordinate activity.. Volker was Gulianni's subordinate. Under Guliannis' Presidential proxy. What is made clear....is that Bolton couldn't accept it.. For Republicans it should be easy for them understand ..Bolton being Bolton.. Bolton was fired because he could not accept Gulliani's presidential proxy., Which Volker was willing to do.. To tie it all together Volker was willing to do the President a "favor".. That Bolton wasn't.. and got fired for.

Not every favor asked is a demand.. some people legitimately ask for and appreciate a "favor" ...and a favor not done, doesn't come with repercussions. Yet Some favors just involve the response of GO TO HELL You have NO power over me, YOU have nothing I want, You have no respect for me. and I don't for you...You aren't MY Friend.. You aren't my relative. So yes.... you go ahead and ask me for "favor"...and I'll do it when Hell freezes over.

Trump means of doing what is does is a mobster mentality.. A Godfather complex. You don't have to believe me.. but understand how the evidence speaks to it. From day one .. Trump has stated it..He understands it all. Trump holds the keys to the kingdom.. Trump opens doors to individuals that explain the certain room.. while keeping the other rooms locked to that person. Nobody but Trump has access to the his kingdom. Each room just explains itself.. each person in that room doesn't know what the other rooms are doing.. Each discovery in each room is separate.. So as when each room gets uncovered the building will still stand. Nobody but Trump knew the extent of Russian interference in the elections... Nobody but Trump knows the extent of Ukraine and it meaning as he has separated the parts.. Nobody but Trump knows the overall extent and plan that involves different foriegn entities and their servicing of Trump both financially and politically. Nobody but Trump, knows What is the entire truth. WE are challenged..... not to see the big picture.. but are challenged to put the PUZZLE together.

let's take a lok at alternative reasons Trump withheld aid.. First reason is Ukraine didn't like him, and he didn't like Ukraine. Second reason, and warning to any ally, That expressing a view of against Trump will result in his retribution. Third reason.. trump was against aid, and felt the US was carrying more than it's load.. Sound good? That Trump wanted Europe to give equally. The democrats failed miserably to ask Sondland the right Question.. as ambassador to the EU... Trump decided to withhold aid sometime in May..... Yet, Sondland didn't know the reason.. Does it seems if Trump was withholding aid because Europe was not carrying their fair share.. that Sondland would have been told. so he could use it. That Sondland would have used the withholding of aid as leverage to get the EU to give more. So lets take it from the other side..How was Trump withholding of aid... not for personnal gain ro personal reasons.. How did the Us gain by trump witholding aid. Forth reason.....Trump was sending a message to Russia.. that he was still supporting their policies.... The new oine.. Sondland asked trump what do you want from Ukraine? His answers proves you people are dumber than a post.. Let me try to use an example.. a parent asked a child what he did wrong today..Knowing he was hiding his grades The child's answer.... " I didn't take money from your wallet" .. Trump answer to the question was exactly that .. when asked... what do you want from Ukriane?... Answer....." NO Quid pro quo,, I want Zellensky to want to do it"
