Somewhere Over The Rainbow WE become enthralled with the idea that the enemy of my enemy is my friend, and the friend of my enemy is my enemy.. WE accept "fake news" like it's candy in a candy shop.. WE fight over gummy bears and peppermint patties.. Like our world depends on it.. I watched the Macy's NY fireworks last night.. I was proud to be an American..... But cried when I heard ..."Somewhere over the Rainbow.".. ************** "Over The Rainbow" Somewhere over the rainbow way up high There's "This LAND" that I heard of once in a lullaby Somewhere over the rainbow skies are blue And the dreams that you dare to dream really do come true Someday I'll wish upon a star And wake up where the clouds are far Behind me Where troubles melt like lemon drops Away above the chimney tops That's where you'll find me Somewhere over the rainbow bluebirds fly Birds fly over the rainbow Why then, oh, why can't I? If happy little bluebirds fly Beyond the rainbow Why, oh, why can't I? ****************** Because..... America use to be Somewhere over the Rainbow.. It's still here, I saw it last night.... But I cried as it faded, right before my eyes... the idea expressed in the end of of the movie and story.. will never be realized... That we didn't have to go there.. It was HERE all the time. ******************** I oh.. so want to believe in mermaids of the seas IN God and hope and love In all that can be When life becomes too painful..It ebbs the tides of dreams And Mermaids vanish from the sea .. the greater loss so it seems The challenge is not asking why.. you get what you got. but not letting life's pain deny... The Challenge of WHY NOT.. ********************* AS I came back to earth I saw the rainbow's end Where the enemy of HATE Is HATE'S only friend. |

I wrote this on Leaf's blog..In hopes that he can find a 'better way"...I am at my rainbow's end I fight against the fight. For there will be sadness in victory as well as in defeat.. Amash is not a "total loser".. Nor are WE the "total winners". Because "in total" America is the only loser.

You reduce the rainbow to a cartoon symbol of wish fulfillment......this rejection of the natural world ......seeing it as nothing but scenery, resources to develop.....to refine and manufacture into something that will thrill for a day and then go to the land-fill.........This attitude of entitlement........the entrenched ... Anthropocentric attitude.... The rainbow is a dance of light and water.......not a fantasy....you are continuously enthralled with the cutesy marshmallow pharts in your own mind.....You say "As I came back to earth".......but that is also just another empty catch-phrase ..

The irony of course is that progress depends on the unreal.. and defining it.. WE could not be what we are now without it.. And as you may think it's progressive.. If we began the objective reality you think.. We'd still be living in a cave.. and I would be dragging you around by the hair. If you disagreed.. I just beat the shit out of you.. Now.. that is the objective reality. So let me go "subjective"... and explain why.. we have progressed.. The thing.. that is unreal..that we have searched to define unsuccessfully... to try and make Objective...Yet.. it stares us down in our OWN reality... IS LOVE.....

WE have a difference in how we see things.. If God is love and God doesn't exist.. then Love doesn't exist.???? God can not be objectified... since God is not real.. God must be subjective because God doesn't exist............ But how can God... be even subjective... if God doesn't exist? Unless one defines subjectivity as made up shit. So we disagree because .. Although, I believe God can not be objectified.. but it's because what God stands for.... can not be objectified,. things like LOVE...And Giving, and Hope and Faith... Although, I also believe God must be subjective. But.... I believe it... because HE does exist. And subjectivity is not made up shit.. It's and alternate view...That can only give the "object" a greater and higher purpose.

You sure have a huge problem with being challenged by a woman.......you don't get nearly as worked up when you are challenged by a man it seems........You interpret my response as an attack and attack me in return...... You say that God is Love, therefore, if God doesn't exist, there is no Love.......That is an extremely objective viewpoint...........You can't evoke Love without an image of an angry Male Patriarch .......To you, Love must be embodied, made concrete.....Objective. I don't think Hope and certainly not Faith are good or helpful concepts to help Society to run smoothly......Faith is divisive......the most divisive idea Humans have come up with yet........certainly not an adjunct to Love.....

The idea of art is both objectivity and subjectivity..The art is in the objectivity... the artistry is the subjectivity. They have to go together.. i am not an artist because my art is for crap You're not an artist because your artistry is for crap. I know you think.. I'm placing value on it.. but I'm not.... the value it's EQUAL.. I know the meaning.. but can't draw it..
