"Straw Men" and we got to "suck" through it.. Well today reminds me of all the past days......So many.. In which Trump.. made his bed with the "last straw"....that broke the camel's back...or so it seemed? The ever increasing pain, that allows US to ignore the pain that has come before. the old pain that never gets to fester .. as new greater pain takes it's place.... Syria, Afghanistan, Russia, the stock market, Whitaker, Mueller, Barr, blackmail and government shutdown, lies of "retirement" and the truth of the Mattis resignation.. all in one Day! Republican saying... let's see who Trump appoints to take Mattis's place.. what do they think we are idiots?... What was the reason for Mattis resignation? One has to try an imagine .. who could replace Mattis?..... Fill Mattis's position? What would be the qualifications? Another 'Straw Man" to add to Trump's bed? The reason Mattis resigned... It's not because... he was not the "right man".... it was because the position didn't exist. So now what's left over in the Trump administration...The evidence is overwhelming... We either got corrupted individuals.. Or 'straw men". |

Little known fact is that Trump tried to do everything to become an NFL owner.. he saw the power and wanted it for his own. Those NFL owner, uppity bastards, wouldn't allow it.. So He tried to become President of a New Professional Football league.. He failed and it failed. The next best thing.... President of the United States....... To be able to do what he envisioned as an NFL owner. Change the rules..... Move the goal posts.... Get someone else to build YOU a new "Stadium"... blackmail and leverage....and Ultimately become your own "country".. So Trump is creating his own NFL.....the Neo-Fascist League. Not American League but a World league.. to become an "owner".. one must be an Autocrat, Dictator or KING.... Each the owner of his own team...but name Trump the president of that League of Nations.

But that kind of happens ... when time is running out... Let's talk about the WALL....How does Trump see it? .. He thought it was going to be easy....he got the cake... No big deal to ice it.. "If he builds it....IT will Cum " "The legacy of a Presidency".....To stand the test of time.. A monument... That no matter what history tells of Trump.. History will Never be able to write him off the books... the WALL will always stand for the fact he WAS a PRESIDENT. There is NO "Mount Rushmore" for Trump... but there can be a WALL with his face and name on it. A wall that overshadows the Vietnam Veterans Memorial.. Not like that fool's errand....But His WALL, will be the biggest M...F... WALL this country has ever seen or will ever be able to build again. You know Trump is a BUILDER.. one of monuments to himself... This wall can't just be a fence... can't just serve a purpose.... It got to be the greatest wall ever.. 2000 miles long, 30 ft high, glass, concrete and steel slats... impenetrable and indestructible.. Not a... Trump Tower, Trump Taj Mahal, Trump Palace, Trump Plaza, or Trump World..... No That's not enough He Needs a TRUMP WALL.. this wall.. if he can do it... Will give him.. his "BIGGEST ERECTION" ever. History will remember.. The person won't matter, only what hey did... As history remembers...The Pharaohs, who built the Pyramids..The Romans who build the Coliseum...It will remember TRUMP.. who built "THE WALL."

Oh my gosh... shut it down? Please Trump.. do something for ME... for once.. You know I'm a seasonal permanent IRS employee.... On that basis i want to hold on to the job as long as i can....My season is February through August...for 8 years... but last year and this... they forgot I was "seasonal" for the first time I'm working in December... I HATE IT... Let me go... Please.... Let me go! I'm too old for this shit....and this coming year is going to be a bitch..the new tax law is a mess.. when people find out what the new tax law really did..The shit is going to hit the fan. It wasn't about middle class and poor tax cuts..it was about stopping the middle class and poor from taking advantage of the tax law..just the rich get to do it now... You want to fill out your tax form early, not need all your documentation, get your refund early .. good luck with that..that's going to be whittled away over five years I'm retired but too young to be re-tired...I NEED A BREAK.

If you are an overnight truck driver, mechanic, real estate person...or another job who get paid on W-2.. and have unreimbursed employee expenses for equipment tools, meals, overnight travel, car expenses etc etc.. that are required for your job.......your not going to pay 100's more , you're going to pay 1000's more. If you have an ITIN instead of an SSN.. with or without children....forget it.... there ain't no refundable credits for YOU. whatever you to claim... you better have documentation. The new prison reform act.. will open up slots.. just for you. This is a return to the "old" IRS... this is going to make America Great Again.. that is..... Unless you got lots of money....but isn't that they way it's always been.

In the old days.... the government prevented companies from putting people on 1099's (non employees compensation) instead of W-2's (wages) ....As 1009's would be the preferable method.. to avoid UNIONS..Avoid paying withholding taxes, social security and medicare, and HEALTH INSURANCE.....The government set STRICT rules as to who a company can put on a 1099... The new tax law is a scam.... it also has new rules and savings for people on a 1099misc... and infers the idea to eliminate the rules for companies for a 1099misc. Relative to the Old way....It is made to seem that for many employees a 1099 will be preferable.. MORE money in their pocket.......Just like the idea of self retirement fund instead or social security.....you get the control but not the safety net.. In both cases ....you are being hoodwinked...It doesn't save you money... it saves the companies and the government money.

About the wall...I oppose it of course. But just the idea of 'The Wall" being associated with an American president feels offensive. Perhaps its my generation, thinking about the Berlin Wall....I just don't want anything to do with a wall....that has sinister motivations behind it.

The solution to this problem is assistance in cleaning up the mess in Central America. Fight the problem there first and then implement E-Verify nation-wide. But we must not hamper requests for sanctuary...ever. Secure the border with drones.

What you have to understand about the IRS....Is there is a purpose to everything they do.....When they say it going to be easier to file your taxes......It maybe.. but it's NOT to serve your purpose....It's for them to figure out how it's to serve theirs. this again is a new law that not designed for the prevention of the abuses ( there are many).. But punishment for liberal thinking ...of helping out the "little guy" "big" would love this idea, of this tax reform.. simplified, and on the verge of a flat tax rate.....But here's the deal.. It's a flat tax rate for wage earners.. not self employed or earning from any other source. Wage earners who pay no taxes now, because of tax advantages.. will lose them and begin paying a small amount of tax.. not actually "pay" ....but get a reduction from their withholding refund. If I had to guess.. I would say 30% of those who file taxes as wage earner will be mad as hell..and the others won't even know the difference. Because they are "mad as hell" about "other" things.. That will probable create more changes...So by next years Spring...they will make the "sheep".. feel better.. by sheering them again.

There is another way to look at it though.. It's what I say the problem is with everything that we have problems with.. whether ti be guns control, race, poor, wealthy, welfare, healthcare, taxes, and liberal or conservative.. because of SIDES.. the good side of it.. always will side with those on the same side ....on the bad side of it So in regards to IRS .. what has actually happened... Well, Liberals, and those who legitimately and honestly receive the benefits.. Do not CONTROL those who abuse the benefits.. thinking it's protecting their own benefits... when in essence, it's putting their benefits in peril. It works the same.. for all I stated above.. Leaf.... in regards to guns... Failure of legitimate guns owners to control bad guns owners.. only put their own guns in peril..
