Sue Collins is the Elephant in the Room.. I wondered what Sue Collins vote would be on Kavanaugh.....If she could be talked into and talk herself in to voting yes, for a Kavanaugh confirmation.. The others, I had a pretty good idea.. I knew the end result would be a confirmation...when I listened to McConnel, I just KNEW he had all his ducks lined up in a row. This was before the hearing, and it made the hearing virtually insignificant. The media, had the mistaken idea of this being about getting the confirmation before the election....Republicans rushing it through. Well, that was just "fake news" The rush happened because McConnel had all his ducks in a row.....and time was his enemy... Time could allow duck outs and shooting ducks down.. Being "outcome" oriented.... the fear of a changing "outcome" is not in lies, but in the truth. When the truth creates the outcome there is NO FEAR... Which brings me to Sue Collins and her vote....I was not surprised by it.... Party loyalty, individual loyalty, leverage, and going against her word given to McConnel to vote yes, , and her political survival.. were all factors... What I was surprised about....Was her justification.. a 45 minute dissertation on why she voted yes....That was not the truth, that was not a result of consideration. that was not thought out...but simply went along with the republican "outcome" orientation....She would have been better served by voting yes, and keeping her reasons to herself. At least then she be just a Republican ..instead of a Republican LIAR. |

Calling Collins a Liar....is not an easy task for me... I wouldn't do it lightly This trial (hearing) was not about the attempted r*pe of Dr. Christine Blassey Ford. It was a hearing about Kavanaugh's sexual behavior and thus his sexual assault. Sue Collins allowed her Republican male counterparts to make this about attempted r*pe and "gang" r*pe.... That certainly from the stand point of a trial could not be proven beyond a reasonable doubt ....and not with a PRESUMPTION of INNOCENTS..But this was NOT a trial, those words don't apply, they are propaganda, and a distraction from the real point.. Which is Kavanaugh's sexual behavior and how that relates to an assault on women. .. Sue Collins said she could NOT vote for Kavanaugh if she knew he was lying...Well this is where Sue Collins became a LIAR I'm a man.. and I understand it.... How a woman can't is beyond me. Gender attitude.. becomes sexual behavior and then becomes "sexual assault" physically and mentally. Kavanaugh "assaults" women.. The evidence is clear...through his OWN words and actions. Someone needs to ask Collins the right questions... Did Kavanaugh sexually assault Renate Schroeder in his yearbook?. Was his gender attitude and sexual behavior a sexual assault? ...if not .. WHY did he LIE about it Did Kavanaugh.. call Hillary Clinton. a bitch?... Did Kavanaugh gender identify, Hillary Clinton? Was that identification a sexual behavior and thus an "assault"? A man calling a woman a bitch.. maybe acceptable in society.....But on a non-partisan, non-gender identifying the Supreme COURT?????? Did Kavanaugh "assault" Amy Klobucher with his responses to her questions. Was there a noticeable difference to you about how he treated her.. And If not.. then why was SHE the only one... he apologize too? Did Kavanaugh assault his woman accusers, Trump's women accusers and ALL women accusers. by making HIMSELF .. "the Victim".... Not of just a so-called "mistaken" Christine Blassey Ford .. but all women accusers who don't have the EVIDENCE to obtain a guilty VERDICT Did Kavanaugh LIE to you.. because of the evidence as to how he treated an illegal immigrant WOMAN'S's request for and abortion.. How he circumvented the Texas Courts. How he circumvented the PRECEDENT of Roe v Wade...And then why his ruling was overturned. How he Lied directly too YOU......HOW he assaulted YOU?.... and when you find it out... you won't have the evidence.... You'll just have an accusation...But You'll know it..... Who's going to believe you then.. when you stick your foot in your mouth NOW? After all is said and done about this.....You want HIM on the Supreme Court.. You want to give him more power over women.. than he already thinks he has? Shame on you, because you are a woman and because you are a LIAR....Not because you are lying to me, I ain't that stupid.......but because You are lying to yourself.

The big liar was not Susan Collins. I listen to her and she covered all the points. Although she was very generous in her assessment of Feinstein. I believe the Feinstein was the dishonest one. She held onto the letter from Dr. Ford for six weeks (perhaps because she didn't believe her). Somehow, the letter got leaked to the press in the 11th House which was damaging to both parties. It created the circus that didn't have to be. I believe that it was vicious, evil and deliberate. It is not within my values to treat people like that because of a political agenda. Abracadabra

But let's use a Republican Standard to justify.. Using a Republican standard against them They do it all the time.. I have no doubt... that the timing.. was a last resort... And the last resort determined the timing.. Kavanaugh confirmation was pretty much a done deal..on Partisan lines. Dr Christine Blassey Ford , knew the score before the fat lady sang.. She knew what she was up against.. it was not her civic duty to win.... she knew she could not win....It was her civic duty.....so she could live with herself, after it was said and done There was NEVER a fair shake with Kavanaugh nomination.... It was political. The last resort of Democrats after their failure to deny the confirmation on legitimate grounds.. Was to make their statement political too, to combat a political nomination... Do think if they released it sooner .. it would have meant a different outcome...but a greater chance it would have been swept under the rug? If they didn't do it...What would have changed....but a noticeable failure on their part... no political gain .. just a political loss.... and Democrats would have lost it ALL.... This action of last resort.. identified the problem...the POLITICAL problem. Yeah it was planned that way.. they had no other choice.. The Democrats couldn't win.. but they could expose who the 'real' losers are. If your going to lose anyway.. grab as much as you can.. and run as fast as you can... Tomorrow is another day....And for Democrats.. The last resort was a set-up for tomorrow.. Democrats are becoming more Republican everyday.... Trump made an interesting statement about... How this was the greatest confirmation ever...... Someone needs to explain to me how a confirmation with the smallest margin ever .. is the greatest confirmation ever.... It would seem to me, that the greatest nomination ever.. would have the widest margin of confirmation, not the smallest. But in Trump's World... winning is everything... So you can go ahead and pull the slot and expect a good result.... ... but the "Trump World" always wins.

Trump, in fact. may be Godly (that's a Lulu, she may be the only one that understands it)...Certainly the greatest snake oil salesman of ALL time.. It just doesn't seem possible to me... it's got to be a miracle! He did it with Sue Collins...and he does it with almost everyone of his supporters It's beyond belief anybody could do what he does...It baffles the mind.... He gets people to vote against their own self interest.....against their own mind And when they find out...... They have been "boofed"...... [not another Kavanaugh upteenth LIE of it being "flatulence" (expelling gas)... but the f**ked in the ass, kind] They say.... "Thank you sir.. you are the greatest of all time".

My gosh.. it wasn't a trial about that....It wasn't a trial about an accusation.....that was over 36years ago....it was a hearing to determine Kavanaugh sexual behavior. It was not to convict him...done by Democrats......It was to expose him And just like he did with Ramirez... Democrats don't need the accusation....He doesn't need an accusation.... he just needed an opportunity to EXPOSE HIMSELF. Which he did.. unequivocally Kavanaugh was always NOT GUILTY in regards to this accusation of attempted r*pe.. I honestly believe he had no intention of r*ping her.. unless she went along with it. Boys will be boys.. you know.. and all that CRAP. But the hearing mattered.......not to prove Kavanaugh guilty... but just to prove it was POSSIBLE... and the Republican could not allow that.... The hearing was changed To prove the accuser, and ALL accusers... but not the accused... guilty...... Trump stated this weekend... That it ....WAS NOT POSSIBLE We agree... that beyond a reasonable doubt .. Kavanaugh is not guilty. But.....the idea that it was all made up.. and was NOT POSSIBLE.. is ludicrous.. when all the evidence say it was POSSIBLE. Trump could have said it was not probable... he could have said it was unlikely. He could have said it would be an unfair assumption... But that's not what said He said it was IMPOSSIBLE.. if you believe him.. then you got to believe everyone else is LYING. Now, what would I do... Well YOU accuse of stuff all the time... I do the same, I do with you... and call her an idiot.... Let those who think she not... believe her.. I don't care because they are idiots too. But I guarantee... if she's LYING... and her make up is to lie... there will be a lot more people on my side than hers.

You bought into it too...... This was never about the "event" of sexual assault.. they want you to believe that... and if he doesn't do it again.. then it's okay? You're playing right into their hands This is about.. sexual behavior, gender identification. partisanship, bias, control, and elitism... and how that fits on the Supreme Court... I doubt the attempt to de-normalize Kavanaugh will work... It doesn't even work with me.....It's NOT about how Kavanaugh is different .. it's about how Kavanaugh is the same... When the requirement of Supreme Court Justice is to be "different" than the rest of US It's about Kavanaugh fitness to hold the position of Supreme Court Judge.. so whether it be about his sexual behavior, gender identification, partisanship, prejudices , bias and control... Or Yours .. Or mine.. None of us BELONG on the Supreme Court.. It the only job in the country.... including the President... That most people in this country do not qualify for.. That why it's a Presidential appointment.. that why Congress needs to DO it's job... WE have a President who is not qualified to make the nomination, and we have a Congress that's not qualified to make a confirmation.... If they don't qualify..... and it takes a "search and destroy" to undo it... Then so be it. Restore the filibuster.. if we can't find somebody.. then we just go without. If the president can't get a bi-partisan confirmation.. then he's NOT doing his job of appointing a Supreme Court Justice.

I can not disagree.. because i don't know all the FACTS.. You can say what I think is not probable... I can disagree, because, I know some of the fact... When you say it's NOT possible... you say... I am a feminist and proudly so - from the first Gloria Steinham speech to the grave I will be part of the sisterhood that is worldwide and grows in strength everyday. When women turn on women for personal gain there is no word to define the disgust that wells in me. Sue Collins is stewing in that disgust right now and will until the day she dies!

Some how being forgetful shouldn't be that harsh....especially for "old people" So we shouldn't chastise Collins for being forgetful.. So Collins..... forgot.. she was a senator,and the honor that was bestowed on her.. She Forgot she was a woman. She Forgot about the suffragettes, and all those women who sacrificed before her.. so she could be Who she is. She forgot what America stands for that's okay... It possible .. I could forgive her for that... but I 'm not gender biased.. I believe in equal rights of condemnation What I can't forgive her for.. is the same thing i can't forgive those male Senators. They were elected to do a job.. They refused to do.. They weren't elected to divide US... To LIe to US...To think they have more Rights than any other American..To play political games.... They were elected to be of service to America. To represent US...To have integrity.. To do what they think is right. Don't compromise their principles. Honor the proxy given to them, that we believe in them.... to do their job. Well... people say ...Isn't that what they are doing... I say Congress has the LOWEST APPROVAL rating ever. What does tell you about how they are doing their job? What does that tell you about the people we elect? That they spend more time keeping their job than doing their job..? That a small constituency and a large amount of money is all you need to buy principles? That if you don't go to the "Party".. You're a loser?
