More Tidbits about DACA So here we go again..... The ninth circuit court ruled, that basically Trump could not overturn Obama DACA enactment. Now, I said that in my first DACA blog This court ruling is designed to prevent any non-action by Congress about DACA, that allows the 'old" law reinstated. Non-action by congress, will maintain the DACA enactment. Another thing it says.. is that if congress voids the enactment.. there will be additional court actions to determine the extent to which the enactment can be voided.. Basically what that means........ is that those who registered under the Obama enactment will be grandfathered in. Now......the blackmail for pork-barreling the bill to get Democrats on board can, if the Democrats choose,.. can be a walk away. What the courts have actually done.....is to take the fall for the legalization (as opposed to citizenship).. so it doesn't fall on Trump. Legalization is a done deal, but nobody wants the credit or the blame ..Democrats are sell outs, to not get a path to citizenship...and Republican can maintain their deportation base.. with an excuse to blame those nasty liberal courts. And , of course, let's not forget Obama... It's all his fault... DAH! |

Tucker Carlson.. of Fox news lambasted Trump about DACA. He said.. if Trump lets this go... "What was the point of him running for President" What an idiot... The point of Trump running for President........ Was to become President.. DAH!

Again semantics.... It will become a court case. The decision, although, unknown, is based on precedents. Trump is really good at making a court case...and not showing upl Again what I write is not fact, it's opinion. As Trump repeals DACA, so it is the court has determined... he just can't do it carte blanche. There are legal considerations. The final result of those legal considerations to be determined, but at this time it has been stopped. I know we can't believe in polls as absolutes, but guidelines, But DACA is a done deal for legalization as the polls indicate 60% of even Trump voters, support legalization.. and 90% of the rest of us Banana Republic? As you talk about Democracy or a Republican... what is it going take for you to actually believe in it? When does a conspiracy against you, no longer become a conspiracy.. but the will of the people. There is a line there, that you have crossed...... when all you see is a conspiracy....You become the conspiracy. It's political suicide to deport DACA's.. It ain't going to happen.
