A Christmas Card I sincerely wish everyone who read this a Merry Christmas, we all deserve it. no matter who you are here. To find peace in the merriment, an joy in your heart. I wish it for myself, as I do for everyone. It seems every year I get visited by the ghosts of Christmas Past, and Present and Future. It always exposes me. I keep wondering if I'm built different. If others go through the same anguish of not doing what they are suppose to, and doing what they know is wrong? I think about others sometimes. Until I realize it doesn't matter, if they carry the same burden or not. In fact more power to them if they have no anguish. I begin to realize that we only know how alike we are. We can never know the truth about our differences. So I sincerely wish you all, a MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A HAPPY NEW YEAR. |

Hey there Jiminy...... Warm holiday wishes to you and a peaceful 2017!! It's difficult to be aware of what's going on in our world and try to view it all without becoming truly concerned. I quit tilting at the big windmills about 20 years ago. Now I only concern myself with things that I have a chance of helping change. Big Warm Christmas Hugssss!!!! I tilt at windmills because they are there I tilt at windmills because I am here The battles wrong and battles right not measured by victories, but the fight. Others tilt using their own lance At dragons, that come their way by chance A force of faith, they can't deny When their truth, becomes someone else's lie I tilt at windmills, it's what I see is true Let dragons lie, all day through. And if it be false, what others see my expectation is to let it be. I fight the windmills of my mind I can only hope they're not one of a kind And others can find their own windmill And let dragons lie, and not hunt the kill Expectations can pay the devil's due A toll on faith, that counts the revenue If the amount you're paid is not enough You're counting the unimportant stuff.

Christmas is a hard time for me. It purposes challenges, the rest of the year doesn't. I don't choose to believe it's God's way, but then again I don't believe it's not. Whether one believe in God or not. I would hope we all in search of a guiding light. Looking back, we see ourself as walking in darkness, and have the fear of a dying light in the future, for all we had missed.. So it's important we try, Try to find our own guiding light. As I watch, It's a Wonderful Life, or Scrooge. The message is clear... Merry Christmas to all, and to all a Goodnight.

I prefer the really old one with Alstair Sims. It always seems to effect me more. It was the first, as such my favorite. I do not judge the acting or the cinematography, or whether it's in color or not. It was the new one for me, the others are not new.. It represents my moves through the times, and my changes about Christmas. The tears, the joys, and my own portrayal of Scrooge.. It's simply has been a constant, where consistency has been lacking
