Destroying America Thank God, I won't be around to see it. As we talk of the issues of the day, arrive at our right or wrong, peddle our influence. It doesn't matter. Build a wall, don't build a wall, overturn Roe Vs Wade, Kill terrorist, fix the economy, or make America Great Again. It just doesn't mean anything. I don't care what side your on... to me, it's mostly stupid. Doesn't REALLY change anything. It's your particular flavor of icing on the cake. But the cake stays the same. But I do have an issue, the single greatest issue of our time. It's not even close. An issue that is an issue.....One that doesn't just want to change the results of the game. But wants to change the playing field. As both the Liberal and Conservative tries to control the Supreme Court. We all become losers. Much like this election, America has lost regardless of the results. Just the idea of controlling the Supreme court, is all it takes, to Destroy America. |

Oh yes, Circular, confusing, playing both sides. No matter what you think of me. Think this is it, This is what I stand for. This is my attempt at a movement to protect the Supreme Court from attack from all sides. This country is about majority rules, and politics representing the majority wins out. The Supreme Court is suppose to be apolitical, in fact even anti-political. The majority needs to be tested, as it is very possible the majority can be wrong. Our safeguard is the Supreme Court. If we learned anything, we should understand that today majority is likely to become tomorrows minority. The Supreme Court protects our future, not determines it. I wish I could change everybody's mind. I know I'm right, usually I'm just guessing, but not about this. The saving grace is that there eight people who understand me. There are eight people who won't let this happen, at least not today.

Justice gives us a standpoint...a platform where our laws, social morals and standards can be examined, judged and standardised within the law. It really goes without saying that, as such, it should never be ruled by any political, religious, or military group. Politicians may come and go...politics do change...but justice must remain a strong steadying influence or we have nothing at all.

I'm pretty sure the ab*rtion issue is among the main reasons people in the U.S. are so afraid of who the next Supreme Court judge will be. Some people seem to think that all pregnant women should be kept under armed guard until they deliver a baby, and some people think all women should be the only ones to decide what happens to their own bodies.

Politicians may come and go...politics do change...but justice must remain a strong steadying influence or we have nothing at all. I'm glad to know someone understands. I know people should know, and they probably could know. But they choose, not to know. Just using the words Liberal and Conservative now gets me angry. A general view turned into a specific view. I don't understand it. Liberal and Conservative now has specific meanings instead of a general view of governing. So many issues are not specific to either Conservatism or Liberalism. Think about anything that has to do with the right to choose. Is the "right to choose" a Liberal or Conservative idea? It makes no sense since the "right to choose" is more in line with the general view of Conservatism than Liberalism. The "right to choose"...... what you do for a living, the right to choose what you do with your money. The right to choose which school you go to, the right to choose where you live and the right to choose without government interference. Yet we have now labeled the right of choice, as the abortion issue, and labeled the right to choose as Liberal. The right to choose is not Liberal, nor is it Conservative. I would hope it's American.

I can only tell you how I feel. What I see. I am not being political. I don't make judgment on whether someone is Conservative or Liberal. I just don't do it. Leaf's view is tainted with Liberalism and your view is tainted with Libertarian/conservatism. Both of your judgment are biased. I can tell you, I don't' particularly like Hillary Clinton. I can tell you she not exceptionally honest. She protective and insulated. She's calculating to the extent it becomes untrustworthy. You won't listen to me, you won't believe me. Because what I'm about to tell you about Donald Trump is far worse Trump lies, every single sentence, every single word. It's so obvious it laughable that people could possibly believe him. Trump will not do anything he says he's going to do. He cannot hold his feet to that fire. Trump is the most deplorable candidate this country ever produced. he should be ridden out on a rail. But he's not, and almost half the people believe him to be a viable candidate. I'm so certain he would be the worse President this country has elected, Yes even worse than George W Bush, that I hope he gets elected. Half the people in country need to learn a lesson, and take their responsibility seriously and pay the consquences of their actions. Once elected, a Donald Trump, will never be elected again. Until that time, we will have to go through this again and again. So I'm not voting for president.. I want to sit back and watch. I want to listen to you and leaf, and hope and pray one of you is right. Trump need to win or get absolutely slaughtered. That's my hope. A close election is the worse thing that can happen. I'm not voting because of that...I don't want to think I helped make it close.

I honestly don't care who wins. You can't get away from it. The politics....I say I'm not talking politics. No matter what I say, it says the same.... If I'm against what you want it doesn't matter what that is.. If I am against what you want, then I'm against you politically, If I'm against what you want, to know that..... It must be political, because everything you think and want is political. Everything is political. The idea of this is so absurd. mainly because this whole thing is in essence not political. Talk all you want about this election it's not political. Your not picking a side here, your just not choosing a political side. Nobody says a thing about Hillary or Donald that's political.. Nobody ever says it. Hillary's a Liberal because you say it, and Trump is a conservative because he says it. That singularly is the greatest lie of this election. Trump is not conservative and Hillary is not Liberal. The fact are, see me in four years, so I can prove I'm right. No matter who wins this election, in four years they will thought of as one of the worst president this country has ever known. This presidency and these candidates are losing propositions. no matter who wins. Either one will establish Obama legacy, as one of the great president. So, what I tell you, I don't believe it, but it doesn't matter what I believe. History will say it, in fifty years student will learn about it, it's the way its going to be and YOU or I can't change it. I don't think Obama was much of a leader. My proof, if he was.... we wouldn't be having this kind of election. He would have put Republicans in their RIGHT place. So what I feel, is that Obama didn't do his job, and yet will still be considered a great President. How are you going to feel when you can spout off how "bad' job he did, how evil and corrupt he is, and still he becomes known as great President. You will know first hand the way staunch Confederacy folks felt about Lincoln.. This election is mess, this country is a mess, and you're a mess. Who's to blame.... Well, everyone just needs to look in the mirror. And as Trump runs his campaign and speeches, let it echo, throughout the media, and the halls of freedom...........Jew S A....Jew S A! You folks should be ashamed! hypocrites all.........all the haters, all the despicables, and all the deplorable, in one group, and in one party,.

Scalia is my proof..........we are not talking insulated, we are talking part and partial, all as one. Your so screwed up.. you can't see it. There is stuff that you believe that Scalia, would stomp on so quick it would make your head spin. There is a difference in political belief, moral belief, constitutional belief, and How one see their job. Good luck in finding someone who's political belief overrides the others aspect. Obviously it does for you and maisie and some other here. But YOU will never be on the Supreme Court. The day you and others can decide that SCOTUS should be determined only by political belief, is the day I take up arms, and the day the second amendment will work for me. So you better change the second amendment first. It's not just conservative views, I say the same thing to Liberals

Jiminy, I hope you reconsider and go vote. It matters what you think. Sooner or later gravity itself forces a falling leaf to drift to the safety of earth, where a seed is planted for the beautiful renewal that rises to kiss the sunlight in the warmth of tender color and brilliance in the spring. As for Maisie, the perfect deplorable with the dark racist obsessions and godless greed...well the jackass is one of God's creatures too. As for Liz, he still hasn't apologized for the constant use of vulgar language he pelted on my blog that deeply offended my female readers, and forced me to personally apologize for the offensive behavior. Until he does apologize, in the subject line of a new blog to both my readers and to me I cannot respond to his constant inquiries for my opinion and commentary. Perhaps you will feel compelled to inform him, or just let this go. He knows the requirement. I can no longer do it. I refuse to tell people the obvious when they will not listen. As I tell a person, over and over again, not to touch the hot stove or they will get burned. As they continue to refuse to listen, as they continue to reach for it. I WANT THEM TO TOUCH THE HOT STOVE THEY DESERVE TO TOUCH THE HOT STOVE THEY NEED TO GET BURNT. Leaf I don't believe all your scare tactics.. you don't believe them either. The presidency is just not that important. We will survive the next four years if Trump is elected, he will not be able to harm us. WE WILL LEARN, and never have to do this again. The cockroaches will come out of hiding, and be exterminated. The problem the Conservative have is in the lack of certainty they possess. They say how bad Hillary will be, but they fear, as they did Obama, that she could do good, at least from a perception standpoint and they will make certain she doesn't I have certainty with Trump. Certainty of failure. I will not need to make him fail, I will not need to convince anybody of his failure. I will not need to fear the cockroaches scurrying back beneath the base board. People in this country need to find out what bad really is, people in this country need to get burned.

One doesn't have to take any farther than this blog. He would stomp on your idea about the supreme court. He would stomp on your ideas of the moral right, and religious dictations of government. That which you saw as supportive of your reason and cause because of Scalia decision. Had NOTHING to do with YOUR reasons and Cause. Scalia made non- political decisions..... and You have no idea what that is, because you can't do it.. Scalia decisions were not reflective of what right or wrong with politics. Scalia decisions had nothing to do with politics. It what you do, you create your own image of what things are. Because Scalia agreed with you politically, didn't mean his decision was based on that agreement. Scalia would have stomped on your decision to load the Supreme Court with the same ideologues.
