ladynads - okay, I'm sure such interventions can be confusing. Is "Flash Chatter" terminology that SFF uses, or is it a term adopted by some chatters? - There's a Truth out there somewhere!

Actually, Classic, to make things easier one does not need to to click on flash chat while viewing all 3 rooms (that's where one may encounter difficulty). Instead, once you have viewed all 3 rooms (as you suggested), simply go up to 'chat' in the SFF Toolbar and scroll down to 'flash chat' and click. It's that simple and no need to refresh.

I'll go into chat to see who really is there....often there are many more listed than actually there. Since I seldom go into chat anymore and many people are new to me, it's nice to know if there wil be a friendly face...good blog

hi classic if u click on "page" in the HTML chat room it will open up a new window into IM

I've been using Flash Chat since it was offered and have had a few technical problems with it but have always appreciated the more user-friendly features it offers like no-code smilies. I sure hope it gets fixed soon.
