Painters Block.

Any Artist's here? I picked up my brush full of oil paint this morning. Dropped it on my shoe, after standing there trying to put paint to canvas for a time. Anyone been there. After not painting for a few years, it's like I've forgotten how. I painted for about ten years stright thru. Could I have forgotten? I doubt it.Any ideas on breaking thru that? Art authority's. Good Night from Charlie & Chica.

MMM sure know what you mean, instead of picking up my artist tools, I pick up hammer and saw....this year, they are waiting for me, everytime I walk by them I feel guilty...yes this is the year to pick up my brushes and other tools..time to be an artist again

...I would not know...I am however quite jealous of a person with artistic talent of any shape, form, or fashion!...How neat--hope you pick up your brush again!

PS: I can draw stick men--does that count ?!?

Thanks: It might count. If you've never studied drawing. The instructions is to only think about the shape of the object. I can't tell jokes. Can't even remember them over night to tell some one.

Thanks Witch or should I use the more formal witch1444? What do you make when you pick up your hammer & saw. Sounds interesting. It's the urge that makes me pick up the brush. I may have to seek help to over come my block. I usually go to a class, that brings me out of it.
