hmmm really i'm not trying to be a grinch just telling the truth

well well well it is christmas and i could talk all day long on what is wrong with christmas. But most of what i would say would just piss alot of folks off. So i will just cover one small aspect of the christmas lie. let me start by asking if any, or all of you parents have ever instructed you not to tell a lie? Accually that is a retorical question becuase i and you know the answer. But i ask you if any lie can cause harm? Does the little white lie matter? and who is the judge of what is a harmless lie? Folks you wonder why your don't trust you. they learn from you and find that you tell lies from the begining.. You may say candleman what are you tlking about? Well have you ever repeated the santa clause story to you ? If so have you ever wondered at what age to finaly tell them the truth? Also, hmmmmm how will the little ones take it when they find out there is no santa clause and i lied to them. Well alot of saddness comes from this lie, wouldn't it be better just not to tell the lie, and not have to worry about recanting later and hurting the childs fellings. Plus it saves you alot of money cause you don't have to buy all those presents, lololololol, and you just might retain your childs trust, instead of them wondering about the next thing you tell them wheather it is true or not lolololol see ya.

Candle, Hiya baby !!! So good to see ya bloggin'. Ya knows I luv ya baby !!!

Hey ,someone in kindergarten told my little boy there was no Santa, and that parents buy gifts.I told him it's true because well no doubt he would believe the other kid anyway. He's like 8 now, so this was like 2 yrs ago.

Once he knew the truth , when he was bad I would say "Well, if ya don't straighten up you aint effin gettin" chit for Christmas" !!

Might not be too cool to cuss around kids, but it works, when they know you mean business.......

Like you can take da girl outta Pittsburgh, but don't even try to take Pittsburgh outta da girl

my kids grew up believing in santa claus. when they got old enuff to question it, i told them about saint nicholas, and that he was a real person from long , who was giving and loving. and that the spirit of him still lives on in our giving to each other. My kids grew up knowing that Christmas was the celebration of Christ, it isnt just a day to get get get. Our Christmases are a celebration of light love and family, and our joy in knowing Jesus is born. So i dont consider telling them of santa claus a lie.

LOL My daughter is 41 ....so she knows now and survived it quite well...LOL I actually told my kids Santa brought each child ONE gift so there were enough to go around to all the children and the rest were from us!!!

Some believe in destiny, some believe in fate. I believe that happiness is something we create
