I came home today..to a world forever changed. As I unlocked the door ,it felt like someone elses house, It seems so very long since I've been here. My little is still with friends, could sure use all that doggie love..oh well soon. Fist I must thank everyone for your thoughts and best wishes...I was so overwhelmed..You have no idea how much you helped me. My sister is gone, in the spring she will be interred with her husband and little grandson. Everything is packed, I have done all I can, now I can grieve quietly by myself..its OK to cry now. Everywhere I look there is a memory, she loved to come here and watch the eagles..all the wild life and my home has always been a place of peace. I'll forever be grateful for her life and blessed to have been her sister. I guess there will always be an empty place in my heart, and I'm so glad she knew she was well loved... Bless you all Erna |

Sorcier my most sincere condolences...I am usually such a chicken at attempting to comfort anyone who has suffered loss of a dear one with words...I can just imagine the wonderful memories she had of you though, and also you of her...and I am sure you both were blessed by each other's presence....

Thankyou my dear spot...how very lovely. Karen oh how you know...I've been helping my niece, just the two of us, could not let my sister see me break apart and then had to be strong and hold my niece..I'm afraid I did fall apart a couple of times..but now..its about my grief and also about a lifetime of love with a special sister..and special memeories...Erna

Erna my friend.....the loss is great and no way dimishes the love & memories of having had her as your sister & friend....the LOVE we have for those we lose is held in a special place in our heart & mind... YOU HAVE ONLY LOST THE PART THAT YOU CAN TOUCH. CAUSE SHE IS ALWAYS WITH YOU AND YOU WITH HER. SHE HAS HELP YOU TO BE YOU AND YOU HAVE HELP HER BE HER SELF. YOU HAVE SHEAR LOVE HATE HAPPY SAD TEARS OF JOY TEARS OF SADNESS. SHE WILL ALWAY A PART OF YOU, SO REJOYS IN THAT.

So very sorry for your loss, and i am beginning to understand how to ride the rollercoater of emotions that it brings with it. I wish you the best in your times of need, and offer a shoulder to cry on or to lean against, and a hand to hold or help wipe away the tears.
