Merry Christmas to all from the snowy Okanagan Hey Is everyone ready for Christmas? I am, but I cannot resist one last shopping expedition! I notice that the Christmas music is missing from the stores. Have heard that Santa is frowned upon for saying Ho Ho Ho...as someone has decided that it is derogitary to some women. The schools no longer have Christmas Concerts, they are Seasonal Festivals and most of the schools have dropped the concept entirely. Christmas carols are no longer sung in schools as it might offend. I am me! I will play christmas carols loudly in my car and sing along! I will greet everyone with Merry Christmas. Christmas morning when I hand out gifts, I will put on my santa hat and say Ho Ho Ho Merry Christmas!! |

Merry Christmas Sheis57 !!! Yes, the Okanagan sure is snowy!! I sang with a Community Christmas Choir again this year. What a wonderful way to get into the Christmas spirit!! All the best to you and yours!!!

I'm in Vancouver at the moment. Got back from a couple of days in Victoria on Saturday, and saw snow on the ground while riding the bus from the ferry terminal to my son's. But it's all gone now, and Vancouver is having is normal December rain.
