What's Next After Parenthood ? Just got back from Singapore after attending my youngest 's convocation and I am feeling down in the dumps. My mission in life has been to give my four the best in education and upbringing so that they can become useful citizens and contribute to society. Now it's over. Now there are two engineers, an architect and an accountant in the family. Am I proud ? You bet I am ! But it also means that parenthood is now over for me and it could not have come at a worse time. I have also lost my career (retired) and am inflicted by Post Male Menstrual Syndrome (PMMS). Doctors say it is due to the reduction of the hormone, testosterone. In my case, I don't think so. My libido is still good. (I can still get horny and I can still perform albeit with the help of Viagra, sometimes).LOL. I think my problem is psychological. My mind wants to do but my body says no. Classic case of "the mind is willing but the body is weak". So what's next ? Hell ! I think I am lost ! Lament of an old man Dusk is here, the day is done How the years flew by, one by one Only memories linger, where once was fun Will I be here, to face tomorrow's sun ?
