1. Ximending - a trendy area in Taipei.
2. The famous vericelli shop in Ximending. There are no tables or chairs. You can either eat the vermicelli while standing or take it away.
3. The vermicelli. It is cooked with a vegetable and what I believe to be chicken intestines but it is delicious.
4. If you do not like vermicelli, you can always try tonkatsu - Japanese style fried pork.

Beautiful photos, as usual. The food does look delicious, but sometimes it is best to not know what is in it.
