Photo Monday Char Koay Kak (Fried Rice Cake) is a popular street food in Malaysia and is usually eaten for breakfast. Batches of rice cubes are fried in a flat pan about two and a half feet in diameter. The large pan allows frying for different tastes (eg spicy, with egg or shrimps) at different parts of it.
