Friday's Bouquet



There I was strolling along a narrow street in Japan when I chanced upon these pretty flowers. I asked hem for their name but they politely refused. So, with their permission, I took a photograph of them with the intention to post it here to see if anyone recognizes them.

Yes, they do look like stars and the leaves are too dainty for daisies.
I think you are right; it must be the pronunciation. When I was in Beijing and tried to enter what looked like a mall, I could not understand the guard who stopped me although we were both conversing in mandarin. It turned out that it was a block of offices.
