Friday's Bouquet

Sometime back, Neidin posted a picture of the Rowan tree. Well, I believe this must be the “Rowena” tree. I saw it in a park in Singapore and thought the pink berries are very pretty and could be strung into a beautiful necklace.

p.s. Perhaps some of you can suggest a better name.

Beautiful bunches of berries, Lee. Good for Christmas decoration. I haven't seen this tree around here.

Whatever the name of it, it is a lovely plant.

Are the berries hard enough to keep if strung or would they wither like cranberries on the Christmas tree ?

Hi Bill,

I don't know but I don't think so. Those berries are about 10 feet high.

Hi sw,

I don't know. I am guessing that it withers.
