lovely Lee....We don't have the bougainvillea growing naturally here (too cold) but have seen it many times in my travels... Ever had a Memory, that sneaks out of your eye and rolls down your cheek???

The ones I saw in Venice climb up the wall of the house and seem to bear no thorns - exceptionally beautiful. I wonder if I have posted the photos already.
