Hi Lee: That's cute. I'll never forget the day I was out for a walk and spotted what looked like a squashed blueberry on the sidewalk. As I continued walking, there were two more squashed blueberries, then ten, then the sidewalk was full of squashed blueberries. I looked up and on the telephone wire right over my head were hundreds of birds. Yikes. Did I ever get out of there fast.

So that's what they are doing up there! The pigeons that I have seen are always on or around the ground and not sitting on a cable. Do you notice that although there are two cables, they are all sitting only on one. I think that is the "sending out" cable whereas the other is the receiving one.
