I NEED PRAYERS OKAY

I NEED ALL OF YOU PEOPLE THAT SAY TO ME I AM YOUR FRIEND JOYOUS TO BE PRAYING FOR ME OKAY THERE ARE THINGS IN MY LIFE STRESSFULL AND FINANCES ARENT GOOD EITHER. I SEEN MY DOCTOR TODAY MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS PRETTY HIGH 134/84. normal is 120/80. bye for now thanks.

Hope that all went well.

Not to minimize your concerns, but 134/84 is in the high-normal range. I'm on pills for hypertension. They work very well.

Hugs & prayers.....life has many factors that will increase our stress levels....which in turn can increase blood pressure....I am on meds for it also....as mine fluctuates terribly......from way low to WAY high....my new fitness plan has helped to regulate mine also..Good luck..take care of yourself...RED
