Smoking Cures Childhood Obesity.. ATLANTA - The Centers for Disease Control today  announced a breakthrough development in the fight against childhood obesity. Government scientists in conjunction with research partners from private industry, report overwhelmingly positive data from a recently concluded Phase III clinical trial. "The epidemic of childhood obesity is the number one health problem facing our nation's youth," said Dr. Julie  Gerberding, director of the government agency. "Now there is hope for millions of families faced with the crisis, and let's face it, embarrassment  of overweight ."It was found that as little as 3 packs per day were enough to allow the average to forsake the husky and plus size racks for normal sized clothing.  "The best part about the cigarette treatment option is the fact that the ' sedentary lifestyles, TV viewing and video expertise is entirely  unaffected," Dr. Gerberding added.
