How to insert a picture
volleyballgranny
Below this text box there are few icons..
select the two photo squares (Member photo)
it will ask you for the HANDLE, type the correct handle
click insert tag...

To insert the comments
I tend to copy the text, apply size 1 and Color...
I know as a Gold member I could insert it automatically from a menu...
but I do not know how as a Silver or Standard member as it is not the same menu.
Jiffy could you please explain how you insert the comments?

I really want to know about those "TABLES." It is HTML isnt it? Ok I shall await my lesson...Denver sent me instructions and patiently tried to instruct me....but it was hopeless.

Hi Zora, yes it is HTML. See the extra message commands on the left part of the response box? See where it says (more) ? Click on that for additional info. HTML uses brackets to open and close commands. This is an open command a closed command , as you can see the only difference was the / .

Do this right now right here if you wish. Go.....Type This.
[table][tr][td][bg border=15 bgcolor=red cellpadding=15] Add your text.[bg][td][tr][table]

Now go back and add a / in front of each closing command. The closing commands are those which followed your text.

Zora, Here's what the white text said for you to do.

After cellpadding=15] Add your text. Now close out. [bg][td][tr][table] Remember closed command will have a / in front of the command.
Exa. [Jiffybob] open
Exa. [/Jiffybob] closed
Go back and put that slash sign in front of bg td tr table

We'll slow down. At first it's confusing but it really isn't that hard to do. When you pick a font color for your blogs you get this if you pick red
{color red} Then your text Zora...{/color} Am I right? Do you see the commands on either side of your text? Only it's [ + ] not { + }.

{table}{tr}{td}{bg border=5 bgcolor=indigo cellpadding=5}{Size 5}{color white}ZORA{/color}{/Size}{/bg}{/td}{/tr}{/table}

Copy the above two lines exactly except use these [ ]
rather than these { }.

Francine, when you use the Response dialog box look to your left. Do you see the "Smiley Key?" Click on it. That will open up a page for you to use. To use a smiley face use the command to place in or on your response. Exa. double dot, dash and a small case h will give the face that waves to you.

Now..., replace these fancy brackets {{ }} with these brackets[[ ]].

photo jiffybob2 but with the brackets [ ].

Professor Jiffy: HELLLLLLP!!! I think I need a seminar on smiley faces and adding photos to my messages because it didn't work. I "clicked" on the smiley code at the beginning of this message. Then I actually "cut and paste" the code at the end of this message. Nothing works. Talk about computer illiterate.
