B, These are hysterical! Good thing I wasn't drinking anything when I read them, I would have spit it all over my laptop! I can just see people doing these, too. Thanks for the laughs...added some time to my life! I'll have even more respect and patience the next time I deal with a tech...they deserve it, lol. Hugs, Suzanne
