Photo Friday Letter "B" When I was in Atlanta, we ordered take-out Pho. I took the bowl home and made my own. I have stocked my sparking refrigerator with Blueberries and Pumpkin Curry Soup made with Bone Broth. They go into freezer cubes and can be heated up into soup for the next week or so. I had Vietnamese Pho for lunch today. I have never used bone broth to make soup but I hear it is very good for you. Kofla has an excellent idea to order some Chinese food.

Very healthy and nourishing "B" photos. I love blueberries, yummy.

Now I want some of that. Maybe I will order in tonight.

Blueberries .. yummy! The thought of them takes me back to my childhood, picking blueberries, raspberries, and rhubarb in the back yard. A day without dance is .... just kidding. I have no idea!

Our friends have a large blueberry farm not far from us. We have some in the freezer. They have tours during the blueberry season.

Can you believe I never ate fresh blueberries until after Joe and I were married. We were with my oldest son and his family for dinner in the city, and then they went to Sam's Club for a few items. We sat in the car with the kids and had a great visit and when they came out of the store, they had several containers of fresh blueberries. The grandkids immediately opened one and began gobbling them down, so I tried one. DELICIOUS! They gave us a couple of the containers and after that, I bought them frequently. In fact, I have some in the freezer at this time. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.
