Kind of how I feel about the election results these days

I did not vote for Trump in 2016 and he won. I did vote for Trump in 2020 and it appears that he did not win. I was a poll worker and I know how careful we were to guard the integrity of the election.

I have a difficult time believe that poll workers are that unscrupulous in other states. Nevertheless, the congressional house spent 4 years investigating Trump so if he wants the election process investigated in other states, so mote it be. The American people have a right to know that thier elections are run fairly.

Personally, I don't expect Trump or Biden to be patrons of virtue. There are a lot of clowns in congress who really need to be voted out. The clowns or the fool was the only one allowed to reprimand the king in past eras. Perhaps it's fitting.

Personally I don't they how get thier jollies in the bedroom or who they get thier jollies with in the bedroom. I don't pay attention to 11th hour accusations which are designed to take down a political opponent. I care about economic prosperity, racial justice, immigration reform, foreign relations, ad infinitum.

My observations of the happenings in Blogland convinced me that the Liberal side is bat fertilizer crazy. I considered my self a liberal because I support gay marriages. I don't care Kaepernick took a knee or if Bruce Jennings used the ladies room in the Trump Hotel.

What I don't support is the "Hate Trump" rhetoric that been going on for four years. I don't support people destroying their own neighborhood, acting like criminals and calling it .racial justice. I don't support disrespecting and throwing our police under the bus over a man who most likely died because of a lethal drug overdose.

There is also the issue of tolerance. Tolerance means to respect people who have different views from yours. The Left don't seem to have that. It appears they are getting thier way and Trump is leaving office but they haven't given up the "Hate Trump" scenerio. I can guarantee that Biden will not be treated with the same disrespect that shown toward Trump.

West Virginia has officially turned red. I worked with all of the local candidates and I confidence of thier integrity. I am not so sure about some of the ones in Washington D.C.

It's awfully early in the morning, my dear liberal friend, to be thinking and articulating so much common sense. But I must say that I agree with you on most of what you wrote, except I did vote for Trump in 2016, and I don't find it hard to believe there were unscrupulous poll workers. Especially in the bigger precincts, where everybody didn't know everybody and their dog. They had four years to get things set into place.
In our area, the voting area is like home town day, where Democrats and Republicans both visit with each other and the poll workers, go into the booth and vote their choices, and visit some more on their way out.
Just sign me, your conservative friend.

Do you support armed hooligans picketing governors?

We Libtards find that bat coprolite crazy.

Has any proof of fraud emerged that would have changed the result of the election? If so I would like to see it.

Liberal versus Conservative. I am a moderate either way. You and I both live in communities where everyone knows everyone, their dogs and even a few cats. Many are kin to each other. I've learned that if the two can communicate with each other respectfully, we can find common ground. We all have the same struggles and care about the same issues. When I was a poll worker, we had so many checks and balances to prevent fraud. When I sold items at the GOP headquarters, I had to take names. I would joke that we had to make sure that the Russians were not giving us money.

Smiling.... if we lived in the same community, we would even know the name of some plants, wouldn't we?
When I called our county clerks office to find out about methods of voting since Joe was so limited on his mobility and ability to see and work the voting machine or marking the ballots, she gave me several options. One was to drive to the handicapped parking space and they would bring the ballot down to him to vote in the car. But she said I would need to make an appointment for that, because they would send down a Democrat and a Republican to carry the ballot back to the clerk's office. I was impressed at the lengths they would go to keep it legal.
We opted for mail in, so they sent us the forms to request a mail in ballot and she explained to have him sign the request as best he could because that is the signature they would compare to the actual ballot signature.
In person voting required picture ID, but even that was hardly needed when the polling place officials knew the folks voting.

When I was a poll worker in California, a Democrat and a Republican could actually go to someone's home to get the vote. We had a lot of absentee ballots this year because Covid-19. I helped several folks in my apartment building to register and explained how to get an absentee ballot. One gentleman decided to register as a Democrat with plans to vote for Biden. One of the neighbors commented that I should not help him register. I can't be that way. If I've committed myself to help people become registered voters, I have to be fair and impartial. I did drive that neighbor to the courthouse for early voting. Afterwards I picked up some signs for our headquarters. He offered to carry them into the headquarters but when he was there, he got into an anti-God rant with a preacher's wife. My thought was, I should have made him walk in the pouring down rain to the polling site on election day, I don't care if he was a Republican. Don't disrespect my church ladies or else. I did mention that I might talk him in to going to her church with me but her husband may have to do an exorcist..

Maggie, that's exactly what needs to be said every time Republicans try to play the "Hate Trump Scenario" card.

Well said ...

The House of Representatives did a fine job investigating and Impeaching Trump as per the Constitution, and the will of the majority of Americans.

Trump's "investigations" are for one reason only ... to keep you angry. Trump and his rat nest know how to turn anger into dollars.

Thank you.....Apparently she also has turned a blind eye to Trumps constant stream of insults aimed at Democrats.....No president has ever hurled so many or such nasty insults as Trump has done.......

Disrespecting Veterans. The health care for veterans has historically been in sorry shape with long wait times. The MISSION Act, which President Trump signed created the Veterans Community Care program, which is permanent and more comprehensive than the Veterans Choice Program. It allows Veterans to elect to receive care at non-VA facilities when they aren't close to a VA facility, have to wait too long for VA care, or when it's in their best medical interest.

That's a critical difference. The MISSION Act signed by Trump put veterans at the center of their care for the first time in history, allowing them to elect to receive outside expertise when they need it and improving their health outcomes.

Even better, the MISSION Act actually works. The numbers show there was pent-up demand for community care among veterans that the MISSION Act unleashed

While the old Choice Program suffered from not having enough community care partners, under the MISSION Act, VA is working with 725,000 private health care providers to ensure veterans have this option in the real world, not just on paper.

The MISSION Act also created a new urgent care benefit that gives eligible veterans access to urgent and walk-in care at participating non-VA clinics in their communities. This is a huge step forward in terms of convenience for our patients, as eligible veterans do not need to get prior authorization from VA to visit an urgent care provider in our network.

That means veterans don't have to find a VA facility if they sprain their ankle or develop a minor infection. They can get care close to home, and so far, more than 360,000 urgent care community appointments have occurred.
