HauntedFarm,GrannyInstints&TheScareCrow'sWeinner! The Final Week of the Haunted Farm 2019 has ended. The Farm Owner a compliment telling me that I was of the best game operators that they had. Maybe I should have been a Carnie!!! of the games was shooting corncobs of a cannon at a scarecrow. I joked about hitting the scarecrow in the wiener. I hit the target. Yea Haw! I was operating a game that consisted of tossing severed heads (obviously fake)into a basket. There was a little about years old with parents and a grandfather. They were trying get him throw the severed head. He was screaming, crying and obviously scared. "Granny Instincts" kicked in. I certainly didn't want this little be traumatized and have nightmares. I got down his level and told him. " I promise you that there is nothing here that is going to hurt you. All the spooks are more scared of you than you should be at them." "Why would they be more afraid of than I am of them. "Because you're different and also if I take off this make-up, I am just a granny that would you cookies, take you the graveyard and tell you about your ancestors" "Is that head real?" "No, sweetie, it's just like at the movies, none of it is real," After the end of the conversation, the little was laughing, smiling and waving at the haunted granny. His grandfather mouthed a "Thank You!" What could have been a horrible experience for the turned be fun. Later that evening, of the customers was landlord and his girlfriend. They purchased shots be split between the of them. I gave them each a practice shot in addition the shots. I assured the girlfriend that the spooks picked on lawyers aka her boyfriend. She made a headshot into the basket while he missed them all. Making a lawyer eat humble pie is a major league challenge. I am sure he loved all the lawyer jokes.  So later this week, I have a wild date with a gentleman was working security. He has never seen without black cape and monster make-up. He says I am cute and sexy. Hmmmmm........I haven't been described in those words in quite some time. Hopefully, he doesn't run when he sees me without monster attire.    Abracadabra  |

I remember dressing up on Halloween and it was sooo much fun, especially as an adult! The spookiest ones were the most fun. Enjoy your "date".
