Hunter Biden-Ukraine issue "This impeachment inquiry seems worse for Biden than it is for Trump. Now the Hunter Biden-Ukraine issue is on everyone's radar AND we know that Democrats overstepped with their 'quid pro quo' accusation. Have to wonder whether they did this to help Warren/Sanders..?" —Rep. Dan Crenshaw |

It is ironic how the Democrats kept blaming the Russians for Trump's election to the Presidency. Now they are blaming the Ukrainians. When will they ever look at themselves and blame the American voters?

They need to look at themselves and ask why they lost the American voters in the vast part of the USA. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

Easy to understand 'quid pro quo'... Take a piece of barbeque chicken in one hand … CALL the dog … WITHHOLD the chicken for a while … then tell the dog you need a favor, get my slippers. Quid pro quo.

If memory serves, they got more votes than the Republican candidate. Be a prism, spreading God's light and love, not a mirror reflecting the world's hatred.

I'm wondering when the left will ever try and help run the country instead of kicking at the goads all the time, they seem to always be in destroy and self destruct mode. Judgment Day will be interesting - and all paths lead there.

Notice that I said in the vast part of the USA? There were far more red areas than blue in the election map. So rather than one man, one vote, you prefer a system of one square mile, one vote. Seems a bit odd for a nation founded on the principles espoused at the time.

The electoral college has always been the way it's been done. Each state gets a certain number of congress representatives based on population plus two senators regardless of population. That equals the number of electoral votes. California currently has 53 congressional districts plus two senators.. Thus, California has a total of 55 Representatives in Washington, D.C. Therefore, California has 55 electoral votes. West Virginia has three congressional districts plus two senators equalling a total of five electoral votes. West Virginia did manage to flip the election in George W Bush's favor in 2000. West Virginia is traditionally conservative despite the political part but went from blue to red in 2000, It's important to keep things as they have always been.
