Thoughts on synergy and Partnership synergy In general, synergy (pronounced SIN-ur-jee, from Greek sunergia, meaning "cooperation," and also sunergos, meaning "working together") is the combined working together of two or more parts of a system so that the combined effect is greater than the sum of the efforts of the parts. In business and technology, the term describes a hoped-for or real effect resulting from different individuals, departments, or companies working together and stimulating new ideas that result in greater productivity. In the past few years - I have learned to function quite well alone after having two marriage that went South. I isolated and became quite comfortable with my own company. In the past few months - I have gradually came back into the community and have recently learned the value of networking. Seven years ago, my goal was to make a safe place for alcoholic women to heal and recover. Suddenly other women came into the community. Now we are working together and this goal is becoming a reality. I had the vision but I couldn't do it alone thus The Great Mother Gaeia sent the women and now it's happening. Will a Love Connection ever become a reality. I have to be okay as a whole and team up with somebody else who is also okay as a whole. Together we create an productive partnership.
