Left GOOD< right BAD.......OR VISA VERSA!!! Earlier this week, I picked my youngest up at the Airport in Roanoke, Virginia. He had gone to a family reunion in Washington State. We were heading back to West Virginia and he mentioned "I sure do come from a family of TRUMP LOVERS!!! A few years ago when we were both working at the State Fair, we had lunch together and I told him "If you vote for Trump, " I am kicking your azzzzzzzz!" He replied "Too bad! I ALREADY voted for Trump TWICE!!!! Do you think I would vote for that feminazi?" Okay! Should I toss my into a basket with the rest of the deplorables. Naw! I remember when I defied my parents and voted for Nixon. I even worked in his campaign as a NIxonette. I prefer that my adult sons make their own independent decisions without Mom dictating everything to them. I respect my 's choices even if they are not my choices. We survived Nixon and we will survive Trump. Usually, if the one we vote for win, he/she is not as great as we anticipated or the one that we didn't vote for bad as we anticipated. Extremism on either side is problematic. Most of us fall into the middle leaning to the right or left. It is possible to hate war but love the soldier, support gay marriage but respect a minister's 1st Amendment Rights. We really don't have to get ugly, mean or hateful if someone else has a different prospective. We all want financial security, medical care, safety and for our to have the American Dream.
