Ceromonies for Broken Hearts and Retail Therapy

One of the ways that I deal with the pain that life on life terms sometimes presents is to WRITE ABOUT IT.

So............. I am told. Gee - If you FEEL that way you must not be working a 12 Step good program. Your Sponsor must not be helping you. Maybe you need help with MENTAL Health Issues.

I could say "El Toro Doo Doo" however I will opt to respectfully disagree.

The reason being is that falling in love and losing that love is by nature a painful venture. Grief is part of the process. There are good days and there are bad days but eventually the bad days will get fewer and fewer.

I deal with Grief by walking in the rain, doing ceremonies in the hot tub and planting sunflowers.

I see God through my Native American Ancestry and we do ceremonies for EVERYTHING!!!!!

If I get up every morning, go to work and ring up a till for several thousand dollars with virtually no mistake, I'm doing a damned good job.

My 12 Step Advisor is currently in the hospital and needs to focus on her own healing versus listening to me and my healing process.

Her injury is Physical - Mine is Emotional - Both are Valid.

So today I was at Starbucks making her a "Get Well Dreamcatcher" while waiting for a woman to potentially share a rental with.
The Shared Rental Situation was a "No Go" however she did suggest a site where I might do better with selling my Dreamcatchers.

Michael's was next to Starbucks so I walked over there and indulged in some "Retail Therapy." Fethers, Candles, and beads. It's all business expenses. Yea Ha!!!!!

So now I am on the other site and decided to use the Bay for Charities. That will be my Good Karma for the time when Love Blooms Again!!!!!

hi star
gardening for me is therapy and refreshes my spirit...perhaps I can become a gardener or do garden landscapes one day. they say you should love your job...and therefore doing what you love doesn't become a chore.

hang in there dear. {{HUGZ}}

Hi Star, i was always told to write everything that was confusing me down, and to do a daily inventory. It cleared my head and when I looked back at mywritings the next day, things looked a bit different.
