knee update 5 I saw Dr. on Friday for 6 week checkup. showed me ex rays of new knee(super) checked my knee and set me up for rehab at clinic, Main thing told me I could drive now. walking 1/3 mile three times daily and climbing 6 steps alternating legs but have to be in rhythm to do it. still icing 6 hours daily after walks and exercise. but coming right along love ya all wilber |
