One day at a time Each new day brings improvement in every categories. Knee is bending a little more each day. Sleeping a little longer. I am not even going to talk about weight. Today is a beautiful day that the Lord has made and I am going to get the most out of it. I saw a few snow flakes and it looks cold out side.
