Knee update I am having total Knee replacement on Sept . 14. Dr. said I would be off for about 12 weeks I will be glad to have it done for I am having to ice 2 times a day. It is getting where I can only take the dogs for one long walk a day and my neighbor takes them one time.. Thanks for all the comments on me eariler blogs they really helped.
