Can someone explain to me WHY????????????? I am looking for honest answers here.. and I am serious in my asking this question.. it amazes me that a few people can write blogs about others.. hurting and hateful words.. but the minute someone stands up for themselves some feel the need to tell THEM to 'let it go' ... 'ignore it'.. Or better yet.. the people who have the guts and courage to stand up to them are told.. 'you are adding more fuel to the fire' And you know what.. sometimes that works.. the operative word here is SOMETIMES... but after 2 years of 'letting it go'.. 'ignoring it' and watching our friends being picked off one by one.. and better yet.. seeing OUR OWN names in e-mails to others.. telling the NEW people on this site what 'WE' are like... which is has no truth in it... some of US have had ENOUGH! Some people are passive.. and allow others to walk all over them.. if it works for you.. fine.. live that way.. But.. Some people get tired of being walked on.. hurt.. and bullied or trying to be intimidated.. They decide ENOUGH IS ENOUGH and start to fight back.. It blows me away that all the other blogs hardly anyone (not everyone) is told to 'let it go', 'to stop what THEY say and do' to 'stop adding to the fire'... it is only US who have chosen to take a stand that it is said to... We don't tell you people to stand up for yourselves and stop taking it (perhaps nothing is being done to you so you don't fully understand)... We don't tell you people that being intimidated by the few on here is not a healthy way to live... We don't tell you people what to blog about or how to react to someone attacking... So unless you can give me a really really good reason why it is only us YOU choose to state those statements to... please don't come in OUR blogs telling US how to react.. or NOT react.. how WE are keeping the fire going.. how WE we be better off ignoring IT... and just so you know.. I don't think because we have higher mentality levels count... I want a good reason on why WE are the ones that need to STOP..now that we started, after two years of 'LETTING IT GO'  ___________ Find the humor each day holds.... Gina |

I have to agree with Mott here...there are so many new people that have no idea what it is all about and all I hear is why all the name calling, why all the nastiness, I thought this was a friend site....and so they are just tired of hearing about it over & over....if it doesn't effect them they don't want to hear it or be involved....so I say...OK then don't read those blogs..seems simple enough.....UNTIL they are the ones being attacked....then we will see.....See you soon.....RED Some believe in destiny, some believe in fate. I have no idea what any of this fighting is about. I am sorry if you have been hurt. All I know is that when other members see someone being bullied on the internet, they DO NOTHING. Its not so much that they don't care about the person being bullied, it is that they are afraid the bully will turn on them. I admire anyone who tries to face a bully, because unfortunately they usually have to do it all alone.

Okay, here's my response. I keep seeing comments like, "it's not anyone's business to make remarks" and "I have just as much right as anyone to fling mud" etc. I think if someone writes a blog about these issues, posts it on a website and it makes it everyone's business. I usually don't respond to any of them, but here goes. Here is a ONE good reason, Take the high road and ignore it. I can see who the twisted, unhappy, small minded people are without anyone having to point it out to me, just by what is written. I know there are people on this site who have sent emails to try and sway others to dislike someone. This behavior is sick. The person who would do this is sick and needs mental help. I would not appreciate an email from ANYONE putting someone else down. Thank goodness you are not that type of person. Yes, it is hurtful and frankly it disgusts me. Being annoyed is part of life, there are always going to be unhappy people trying to bring others down. I can see you are frustrated but it looks like you're also getting caught up in the problem to the point that you aren't being part of the solution. So if being 'fed up' is a better reason to continue than to move on and let the dust settle, then that's your choice. I am not taking sides, and that is my choice. However, I am aware of who the people are who need to look in the mirror before the fling more mud.

And just what is it you expect to accomplish by continuing the battle? IMHO, the biggest insult you can give someone in cyberspace is to ignore them.

I really would like to thank you all for the answers you gave.. and some of you gave me much to think about.. thank you for that..
