ET, reset doesn't cost anything. I've used reset for all my computer problems like virus, scammers, slow running internet, etc. Instructions should be built in your computer. Reset can erase everything on the hard drive .. then reinstall all original software. You are back to original factory condition. I use a flash drive to save important files.

1. Down lower left corner pick START 2..Click SEARCH 3. Type reset computer to earlier date windows 10------then hit enter 4. Write down the directions then do it. A first grade teacher can do it. LOL Party On!
