OOPSES
Hi Y'all well I was cutting down a tree today for someone and I guess I forgot I was supposed to be cutting the tree and not me, using a chainsaw not as bad as it looks the second photo is after the sutures were installed
Happened about 10:00 in the morning washed it put some ointment on it a bandage went back and finished the tree, then went to Travis AFB hospital and got the sutures and stuff

I will be getting it better they said 7 to 10 days with the stitches and yeah it didn't hurt at all only a little when they cleaned it

 oh goodnees Steamy you should have gone to the hospital right away thank goodness it was not worse you take care and stay away from chainsaws!!! sending prayers and lots of gentle healing hugs

 That's one nasty looking cut, very sore I'm sure. Take things nice and easy now.

That's for sure any deeper and I probably wouldn't have been able to get out of the tree myself and would have needed faster medical help I guess if I was in NASCAR I would have won the lucky dog award

Yuppers and being able to get it done at a military facility and the VA would have covered it even if I had to go to a civilian hospital

 OMG Steve. You are so lucky that the saw didn't cut any deeper into your arm. I am always a bit frightened of an accident when I use a chainsaw. Fortunately, I have only come close by cutting through my jeans once but never touched my leg. Take good care of the wound and heal quickly my friend.

It's healing good one suture broke but it's still close together and doing well, and yay I'm real good it didn't go any deeper I knew it wasn't that bad because immediately I checked all my fingers were working and everything and it was hardly any pain

No it's just like if you fall off a bike you get right back on and start pedaling again or is that get back on a horse again 🤣🤣
