What it came down it.. The supreme court did not outlaw abortions..but took the Federal Government out of the decision. It becomes a State's rights issue instead of human issue. The Supreme Court could not identify a timeline for a legal abortion.. it's was either a federal right or not.. The leaked opinion is to void Roe V wade as a Federal Constitutional Right.. After the Decision.. there will still be abortion Rights in Democrat controlled States. Unless a Republican controlled the government outlaws abortion as a Federally illegal. Which the Right nuts will try to screw. In all intents and purpose.. it currently outlaws abortions in half the States .. All Republican controlled. It will backfire on the Republican Party.
