Kentucky lawmakers override governor's veto of bill banning transgender athletes from girls' sports THE MEASURE IS NOW LAW IN KENTUCKY NORMAL PEOPLE WON, FREAKS LOST!!!!! The Republican-controlled legislature in Kentucky voted Wednesday to override Democrat Gov. Andy Beshear's veto of legislation that would prohibit transgender athletes from competing in sex-segregated sporting events from sixth grade through college. Under the new law, a student’s gender will be determined by the "biological sex" indicated on the student’s certified birth certificate "as originally issued at the time of birth or adoption." This means individuals who transitioned to female later in life could not participate on sports teams designated female in the state. THE DAYS WILL END ... TIME WILL BE ETERNAL |

I am not anti-transgendered people but biological males do have a physical advantage over biological females. When the biological women lose educational opportunities, scholarships, and other benefits because the biological man has an unfair advantage, that is not right. Years ago, I was part of a 10K race. I don't enter to win, I just enter for the experience. There was a transgendered woman who did enter. Neither of us won but the prize was a basket of chocolate. Big Firetrucking Deal. Abracadabra
