Monday....... monday  I've had a busy day working outside; JD had to pitch in and help me move some stuff that was just too heavy for me to do. The framed picture above I'd picked up in a Thrift store for $1. It has stymied my efforts at every corner. I've put a new blade in my X-O knife and I brought in the Drummel in the event the knife does not work. We have a 50% chance of rain in the over night which might thwart my gardening plans. |

We achieved a pleasant sunny 73 F ... 23 C with a breezy morning that quieted down mid-afternoon Kinda over medicated and worn out. See how the evening goes If I can chat or not. Had windows open to air out the house giving a breath of fresh air.

Bret, I am glad you are feeling well enough to get a lot of chores done outside while the weather is cooperating. With JD's help you were able to knock out even the heavy lifting stuff.

The picture frame from the thrift shop will make a good candidate for a future project.

It was 64F here today with a windy morning, but a more pleasant afternoon. We did eat lunch outside on the E deck but had supper indoors. Homemade burgers and crunchy breaded French fries. The dog got walked after lunch and brought her over to my place to give her a ham bone that was half her size. She happily gnawed on it for an hour, and then I took her back home with her bone. Overall, it was a great spring day.
