Financial Advisor... edited


My financial advisor enjoyed my pistachio ice cream dessert. She said "You are very well off." I've gone from living out of the back of my old Mustang to owning considerable properties and living in the big old house.

I didn't realize my casserole would raise any interest. I did take a picture before we ate it.
I snipped some shaved ham, red bell pepper, frozen asparagus, eggs, milk, flour, mozzi and pepper/jack cheese in a bowl. I poured it over some basic cooked noodles in my baking dish then topped with more cheese. I baked it and put on hold till JD came in

 We're down to 36 F... 3 C here but really windy. Having pasta casserole for dinner.

 Pasta casseroles are one of my favorite thrown together dishes. Yours sounds absolutely deelicious.

Thank you. That's why I don't have a clue as to how much of what I used. Handful of noodles.. some eggs....

I am glad she liked it... had me nervous but she wanted seconds.

The WHOLE 9 X 13 was GONE Mqaudie! I didn't think it would taste so good since essentially it was just scraps and a toss together.
