... stark ...  Ruby woke me up in the night needing to go outside. The pain set in so I decided to watch a movie.  JD buys big lots of DVDs on EEbay. A box arrived a few days ago with a wide assortment. I spotted a movie I'd not seen and flipped it in.  ALL THE KING'S MEN  An all star cast. Sean Penn, Anthony Hopkins, Jude Law, Kate Winslet and many more top names. Based on the Robert Penn Warren novel. The life of populist Southerner Willie Stark, a political creature loosely based on Governor Huey Long of Louisiana. When the movie ended I just sat in awe at the astounding performance I'd just seen.  Writing movie reviews is not my forte nor shall I twist your arm to view it, however, this 2006 movie honestly glued me to my chair. Buy it, rent it, if you've not already seen it. Take some time out to enjoy the powerful performances of these great stars. |

It's about 06:00... next to no sleep with the pain. I am leaving this movie in for both of us to watch at dinner time tonight. I want to see it again. It is still 32 F... 0 C here with the wind out of the East. In our part of the state nothing good ever comes from the East

I'm not a movie watcher, but I do appreciate good acting. I'm glad you enjoyed it so much that you want to watch it again. So sorry about the chemo pain that you have to endure. Hope you can get some rest and/or sleep during the day. Say hi to Ruby from me.

It's foggy, light sowing, NE wind, and +8F. Everything is heavily coated in fog breath. Looks pretty, but the snow is going to accumulate even though forecasters say we are supposed to get less than 1 inch today. I don't know if I will be letting the dog take me for a walk today; it is darn cold with the NE wind.

I'm not much good at writing stuff either could never write a book I can say in a few sentences what some people say in an entire book 🤣🤣🤣🤣
