^!^ ICE CREAM Deeeelight ^!^  My Legal team; Dewey, Cheatham, & Howe urged me to post this disclaimer for those on a diet not to proceed any further.  This is from a experiment with my Countertop Ice Cream maker  Pistachio Nut Ice Cream  You will need an egg, about a liter of half & half, 1/4 cup sugar, *1 package of instant Pistachio Pudding, and just a touch of Vanilla 1/4 teaspoon +/-.. An Item I failed to picture here was about a "palm" of pistachio nuts that I shelled between eating them probably about 1/8 C. I put the nuts in the bottom of the blender and pulsed it a couple times. I then added the egg, vanilla, sugar and package of Pistachio Pudding. Again I just pulsed the blender. I added a little 1/3 cup +/- of half & half then ran the blender about 5-7 seconds mixing the ingredients. I poured this into my ice cream maker and turned it on. I then proceeded to rinse my blender with more half & half pulsing it well to clean the sides then pouring into the ice cream maker. I did this twice before the blender seemed "rinsed " and the ice cream maker was filled to the proper level.  As the freezing drum turns you may see a few pieces of pistachio chips floating to the top. They will be mixed in later.  IT'S ICE CREAM !  I transferred the ice cream to a pre-chilled mold then down to the deepfreezer.  This little treat is for my financial planner who over the years has made me fairly well off. We have a meeting here at the home Monday afternoon. |

IDK how much I can chat in the LOBBY tonight I am not feeling so good. I probably should not have licked the ice cream beater.... LOL The temp has dropped to 32 F... 0 C here with an ominous forecast for next week.

That sounds like a pretty fantastic ice cream treat for your financial advisor. Does JD get some too? What about MUTTs Inc? What about Strt and the rest of the Lobby Gang? Great presentation, by the way.

It's 17F here right now, after a high of 28F. We had clear sky and light wind. As the sun set, the wind came from the NE, ushering in a cold front with snow on and off for the rest of the week. I was out after lunch to walk the dog, but stayed indoors the rest of the day.
