NOT Telling ! (Part 2)  My crack legal team of Dewey, Cheatham, & Howe warned me that I better place a disclaimer at the beginning of my blog for those who have not eaten yet.  Same as Yesterday... PROCEED AT YOUR OWN PERIL !  CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER ICE CREAM !  You will need an egg, 1/2 cup sugar, a teaspoon of vanilla, about a liter of Half & Half, two* tablespoons Peanut Butter Powder, and chocolate syrup. Dump the egg, sugar, vanilla. and some half & half into your blender. Pulse a couple time to mix ingredients then pour into the ice cream maker freezing cylinder. Rinse your blender with more half & half then into the freezing chamber.  Start the ice cream maker proceed to add the chocolate syrup in the freezer unit to your desired flavoring is achieved.  Allow the ice cream maker to freeze your mixture. YOU'VE GOT ICE CREAM !  JD GRABBED HIS before I had a chance to take a decent picture. |

That's what we had for dessert last night. Our DSL went down and I couldn't post this blog. It is currently 12 F... -11 C here and windy it is to drop very cold tonight too. I made us chicken enchiladas for dinner tonight. For just staying inside all day I have been busier than CRAP!

Delicious ice cream Darter. Maybe I should find a used ice cream maker too at a local thrift shop. I looked at ice cream in the store today, but it was way too expensive.

That's what we had for dessert last night. Our DSL went down and I couldn't post this blog. It is currently 12 F... -11 C here and windy it is to drop very cold tonight too. I made us chicken enchiladas for dinner tonight. For just staying inside all day I have been busier than CRAP! I had a safe and uneventful trip to the food bank this morning in -15F temperature. My old yellow taxi had not been started since the end of Jan, but it fired right up because it is parked in a heated "Dodge pad". I put cardboard in front of the radiator so the engine would warm up to thermostat temp. I didn't even have to use the rear heater to stay toasty warm inside. Will have to check with Strt tonight to see how much snow he got today.

It's chilly in my office tonight. The outside temp is already -20F, and headed down to -27F with a wind chill of -46F. Believe it or not, I did go for a walk in the village today, bundled up in a down parka and some 52 yr old fake seal skin boots.

Darter oh how yummy is that….i need a machine soon….also please post the enchilada’s recipe too ive been looking for a good one. Thank you for sharing all of your yummy recipes ive been enjoying the fudge sauce. Hugs
