Needy....

I spent the afternoon walking Seigie out and about down to the creek , along the fencerow and back home. He chowed down on an apple and some sugar cubes I'd brought along. Dinner wasn't much just marinated THICK Pork Chops slow grilled with baked potato and creamed corn (gravy) over top of them. MUTTs Inc crowded around for the bone

Ruby seems to be doing well too. I came in for a pot of tea with a bagel to warm up. I dropped half a bagel to the floor and she grabbed it before it bounced. I had to give a cookie to the other two ... they feeling left out.

I couldn't it all my pork Chop and JD finished it off. MUTTs Inc wish we'd have pork chops every night. Load of laundry in the washer and I am ready for some much needed cuddle time on the old sofa watching TV.

Yes Mmmmm however, I cheat and use stove top mixed half & half with my own dried bread crumbs burring the chops in dressing where I add chopped celery, carrots and onions.

I think Ruby is outta the woods but Seigie is still wheezing and we took several breaks walking.

The porkchops sound delicious and I can understand why MUTTs Inc like them too. I gave my doggy a pork chop bone this afternoon before she took me to a town 28 miles away to put $60 gas in the old Ford truck that belongs to the dog's owner. It stays parked in my driveway because he doesn't have room in his. This was the first time Ford was started in 4 months and it fired up instantly.

I'm sure Seigie enjoyed the attention and the treats you gave him while taking him for a little walk. Sounds like his lungs are congested if he is still wheezing. I am happy to hear that Ruby is doing well. Such a pretty face.

It got to 48F here today, sun/cloud mix, SW wind. Tonight we are to get snow, sometimes heavy. We are on the edge of a heavy snowfall warning. I looked out the door and it has just begun snowing lightly, 30F.

Stuffed pork chops were my favourite at one time.

Our chops were spicy like a General Tsao's with ginger root ground into it. That's a heck of an investment in gas. Bet the pooch enjoyed his bone Roger.

Ruby is back to stuffing any available food, We are still concerned about Seigie's wheezing but he ate his apple and sugar just fine.

I love making stuffed chops with Stove Top Dressing. I add diced carrots, celery, and onions.
