Now I can make Banana Bread ! There's NO WAY JD can eat that many bananas! Car said 29 F... -2 C on the way home but it is Sunny out with a mild breeze. I will try to post the Trail Mix Bars later tonight. Just Excited !

there is nothing better than homemade banana bread i put walnuts in mine and a loaf does not last long in this household lol

Oh yes. I love to make banana bread from over-ripe bananas. It is so easy and tastes so great with butter, or even margarine. Tonight, I baked a Hines, Duncan chocolate cake and had a couples pieces for a late snack. Mmm,mmm good.

It was a windy, mostly sunny day here in Southern Alberta, reaching 48F (9C). Took the dog for a long walk and afterwards collapsed from an episode of low blood pressure. I called my Dr after I recovered and he is going to look into my various medications to see if he can figure out some correlation. He figures something is causing my autonomic nervous system to shut down.
