Dancing in the Dark  The night light in our basement bedroom burned out in the overnight leaving us in the dark when the alarm clock went off. All that came to mind was Bruce Springsteen's 1984 hit~~~" Dancing in the Dark" .  Jack Frost also snuck in with the fog  On TOP of ALL THAT !~~~~ Ruby decided she wanted to sleep under my desk rendering me no leg room to post this. > >< > > > This is gonna be an interesting day ! |

Nothing like a 150 lb foot warmer! Bacon, eggs, and hashbrowns with toast & jelly. Gonna hit the shower & shave for a trip to town rummaging as soon as the fog lifts. youtu.be/129kuDCQtHs

LOL, many times when I've lost my power at night that song comes to my mind, except I put stumbling in the dark instead of dancing. A dog that big would be a great foot warmer, better than a lap dog! A 150 pounder would crush me!! She's a big dog!!

The only light in my bedroom comes from the alarm clock, but that isn't much. I keep a small LED flashlight under my pillow in case I need to get up during the night, or don't want to reach over to the other side of the bed to turn on the light in the morning.

Ruby seems perfectly comfortable in preventing you from doing your office work. She likes the feel of your cold feet under her warm belly.

It was a sunny 47F here today, very light S breeze, but we will probably wake up to snow tomorrow, possibly 3". The Polar Vortex from Siberia invades us in February.
